Check in was outstanding! A welcome gift, easy communication leading up to arrival and during arrival. There was a little walk to the ski lifts but overall was a great place to stay.

5th trip staying at Black Bear. Unit was nice. My only suggestion would be furniture for the deck. Other than that an enjoyable stay.

Family Ski Trip to Black Bear Lodge, Deer Valley Resort

This was the Best Ski Vacation Ever! The property management staff at Abode were simply Amazing! They went the extra mile, by providing very easy checkin instructions and access codes. They also provided very yummy complimentary welcoming gifts and beverages. They entire condo was super clean, and well appointed, and the beds were super comfy. We would love to stay at this location again in the future. Thank you very much!

Abode services are top notch

Like I told Justin as we were leaving yesterday, we had an absolute blast. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and convenient. We all enjoyed the goodie basket that your team provided, which was very generous and thoughtful. My wife and I considered all of the Abode services top notch, beginning when we booked our stay with you, then followed by assistance from Sam, Larry and the girls at the front desk. So thank you for a memorable family vacation and we look forward to coming back.

Lovely home

Very nice condo. Short walk to lifts. Not exactly 1 minute away, but more like 5 wearing boots. Close enough that I could walk in my ski boots without having to complain. Any further and my feet would not have been happy! Spa on the balcony was spotless and hot. Linens and beds were extremely comfortable. Large screen TV is a smart TV (they left that part out) On site manager was incredibly helpful. I hope to stay again!

Old & In The Way

This propert is old and tired. The closets were filled with non working lamps and humidifiers. The apt was dark. Could certainly benefit from upgrading. Old kitchen, no ice maker.

Above and beyond service!

Thank you for making our stay as advertised. The location couldn't have been better. The accommodations suited our needs. Finally, we have never stayed in a rental unit where the kitchen was as well-stocked in terms of the ability to cook a meal and clean up after one's self. All the little supplies and cooking utensils were just like home. The fact that you provided extra paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, spices and the like was supremely helpful. Kudos to you and your staff!!!! Highly recommend your team and approach, assuming this was well planned and something we didn't just luck into. When coming back to Deer Valley, we will first seek out your units. Thanks again.
