Magnificent modern and quiet Triplex located in the heart of the Montorgueil district.
Apartment, maisonette style, 31m2 living space, renovated and decorated by American Architect-Designer.
Many shops, bars and restaurants at the foot of the building as well as the Forum des Halles at 500m. Near subways and transport.
Very quiet, on an interior courtyard with a view of the green roof and without vis-à-vis.
The apartment is composed of 3 levels and a mezzanine connected by a modern spiral staircase.
Each level is equipped with a super HD flat screen TV and free Wifi.
Bathroom with Italian shower, towel dryer and Japanese sink. Living room with double seat in real leather and wrought iron.
Fully equipped open kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher.
2nd living room with leather bench seat and small kitchen area.
Sheets, linens, crockery and kitchen utensils provided. Change of sheets and towels weekly, Small daily cleaning and major anti-Covid-19 cleaning once a week.
The apartment is suitable for one or two people maximum. Smokers and animals not tolerated by the condominium.
We remain at your disposal 7 days a week and 24 hours a day for all types of assistance and repairs.
