Clean hotel in a good location. God breakfast at an additional cost.

Hotel & staff are excellent! I will definitely return ;)

We enjoyed staying at the Waldorf Madeleine for our anniversary trip to Paris. The hotel staff were wonderful and very helpful. I can highly recommend this hotel. It is 2 blocks to the Metro Medeleine station, and you can arrive at any spot in the city within a short period of time. Very comfortable hotel. The L'Eglise de la Madeleine Church has classical concerts ( look online for schedule of concerts at all churches in Paris). This neighborhood is not as busy as the main tourist locations, but is an excellent place to stay.

I accompanied my husband on a week long business trip to Paris. We booked here because it was down the street from the location of his meetings. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location. Walking distance to museums, upscale shops and cafe's. A fantastic grocery store, MonoPrix, is also 5 minute walk (They also sell clothing, toiletries, home goods, etc.). The hotel is a tiny boutique type with a small but lovely lobby. The front desk staff are some of the friendliest and most accommodating I've ever encounteredand were phenomenal! The same can be said of housekeeping and breakfast staff. They really make this hotel! Check in was a breeze. They were beyond accommodating when we asked for a quieter room on a higher floor. Our original room was a deluxe double (king) on the 3rd floor. They upgraded us and moved us to the 7th (top) floor and into a Prestige Room. Our original room was lovely. A huge armoire, high ceilings and beautiful Parisien doors and Juliette balcony. The layout of the bathroom was funky! You need to be short to use the loo. Our upgraded room was not as lovely, although it did have a view of the Eiffel Tower! It had low ceilings, was not as bright and airy and needed an update. It did have a small separate office area with it's own window. If you had your own mirror, this would also make a great vanity as there are no plugs in the bathroom. A small, simple, yummy buffet breakfast is served in a small but lovely room. Again, service was top notch!

The room that I purchase they didn't give to me and also the air conditioning was not working properly.. the was hot and I inform the staff twice. They stated that they could not do anything about that. I was very un happy with hotel.

Hotel Waldorf Madeleine is a nice cute hotel in a more upscale neighborhood. My room is pretty much exactly as shown on its website. The room is very small as I have trouble find a space to put in my suitcase. I have to throw my stuff into closet in order to make the room more orderly. The bathroom was modern, nice and clean. I've read other people's review about some noise from the street. Even though I asked for a quiet room, I can still hear noise from the side street as my room was on the 2nd floor. I brought my ear plugs in order to have a good night of sleep. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. I've stayed at many other hotels in Paris. I have to say this one is probably one of the best (if don't want to pay high price). There is some pleasant vibration about the place. Yes, it is true that I have some trouble about the wifi, a bit tricky. The front desk helped me to log into wifi on my iphone. After that, it all worked fine.
