This spacious apartment has been designed to offer comfort, convenience, and ample space for groups.

The living room has a cozy atmosphere, featuring a double sofa bed, a TV, and a large table perfect for sharing meals.

The open kitchen is fully equipped (stove, range hood, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, as well as tea, sugar, and capsules) so you can easily cook on-site.

The sleeping areas are located on the lower level of the apartment (souplex), offering a quieter environment. You’ll find three bedrooms: the first with a double bed, nightstands, and storage; a second versatile room with a double sofa bed; and a third bedroom equipped with a double bed and storage, without an exterior window. These spaces have softer lighting and do not open directly to the outside.

The apartment features two modern bathrooms with showers, hairdryers, shower gel, and shampoo. You’ll also find a toilet integrated into one of the bathrooms, as well as a second separate toilet with a sink, for added daily convenience.

In terms of amenities, you’ll have access to Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and an iron, as well as bed linens and towels provided for each guest.

The sleeping areas on the lower level may feel somewhat stuffy, and a slight odor may occasionally be noticeable—especially during hot weather—despite the available ventilation and air conditioning systems.
