Enjoy staying in the heart of the Marais with this stylish 1-bedroom apartment located on the 4th floor of a secure residential building (with an elevator). Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.



The Space:

Welcome to this stylish 30 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue de Turenne in the heart of the Marais. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed, Living room: one single sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: mini fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!

Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.

The 4th arrondissement is the historic heart of the Marais, one of Paris’s most iconic and beloved neighbourhoods. Cobbled streets lined with medieval and Renaissance buildings give way to art galleries, Jewish delis, vintage boutiques, and vibrant nightlife. The neighbourhood is home to Place des Vosges — Paris’s oldest planned square — as well as the Île Saint-Louis, Notre-Dame Cathedral, and the Centre Pompidou. Everything is walkable, and the atmosphere is buzzing throughout the week and into the weekend.

Great small apartment, smaller than it looks in the pictures, though, but big enough for our stay. Bed was very comfortable.The location is excellent: close to main attractions and to transit, and plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in nearby.The only thing is that we wished there was enough TP for a stay as that's is something you don't want to shop around for while in Paris.

The location of the apartment is excellent in walking distance to many sights and restaurants. The apartment would have been rated higher but several things were disappointing. We had no hot water for the duration of our stay and no attempts made to fix it. The refrigerator had no freezer. There were no starter coffee pods, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, kitchen sponge. All of these are correctable and would have made our stay more enjoyable.

Ich hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung! Sie befindet sich in einem lebhaften und pulsierenden Viertel mit einfacher Anbindung an die wichtigsten U-Bahn-Linien, was sie unglaublich praktisch für die Erkundung der Stadt macht. Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock, also gibt es ein paar Stufen zusätzlich zum Aufzug, aber das hat mich überhaupt nicht gestört. Die Schlüsselabholung aus einem nahegelegenen Geschäft war schnell und unkompliziert.Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ausgezeichnet, und das Gebäude selbst ist charmant. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, wenn auch etwas klein, aber perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war reibungslos und effizient, und alles verlief wie geplant. Insgesamt hatte ich eine tolle Zeit und würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten – großartige Lage, schöne Wohnung!
