Located in the 2nd district of Paris, this flat can accommodate up to 3 people. Close to shops and monuments, this apartment is perfect in order to visit Paris. The 30 sqm studio is on the 3rd floor without elevator. It overlooks a courtyard and consists of :
-a charming living room with a confortable sofa bed and a pull-down double bed,
-a bathroom with a shower,
-a well-equipped kitchenette (kettle, coffee machine, hot plates, fridge)
-vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment,
-TV and Wi-Fi.

The pictures are deceptive. This apartment is smaller than the average hotel room. After the sofa bed is opened, there is literally no room to move or store your things. It is on the 4th floor (it says third but they don’t count the ground level in France). There are 62 narrow and winding to the apartment and no elevator. They are covered with tape as the building is being worked on. The kitchen equipment was sparse and dirty. There was literally a brown spot on the bed sheets. I called to complain and emailed and no one responded. I also texted the contact that let us in and he literally replied “that is not my concern. Contact Welkeys”. Upon seeing the unit I tried to cancel immediately but received no return call or email. Not worth the money and I’ll choose more wisely next time.
