This 50-sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor with an elevator. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, small refrigerator, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The apartment has a combination clothes washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.
The bedroom is street facing and furnished with a queen size bed and superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.
Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. The flat includes AC, though please note that in the rare event of a malfunction, immediate repair may not be guaranteed.

Just hop on a train to reach the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more! The Line 1 will quickly take you to Les Halles, giving you an easy link to Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airports from central Paris.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The location and apt were great. I especially loved the large windows and light. The communication and check-in process was excellent. I felt right at home. My friend slept in the bedroom and I slept on the fold out couch. I found it to be very comfortable. It was the perfect location and amount of space for us. The only thing that I would suggest is that soap and toilet paper be provided for the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment could also use a paint job in the bathroom and hall, but this did not trouble us. It waa so great to be.there!

We enjoyed our 5-night stay in this apartment, which is perfectly located to explore Paris. It’s located steps away from l’Arc de Triomphe and Les Champs Élysées. It is also close to the metro and is in a safe neighbourhood. Apartment was clean and well-furnished. Just wished there would have been A/C because it was very loud sleeping with the windows open. The bathroom needs a paint job too. Overall, I would recommend this place!

This apartment meets all your needs if you’re looking for functionality and location. UnitIs clean, has all the necessities. Beds comfortable. Shower awesome. Small grocery store at corner. Near all transportation (bus and metro). We loved having the option to eat out or in. Key access easy once we figured it out. Would stay here again.
