Thank you to all staff specialy Mino for organising the birthday suprise for my father. I definitely will stay at this hotel again whenever I decide to visit Paris. Very polite and helpful staff...thank you all
The room was pretty decent. the hotel, itself, looks quite old with quite a few broken things around. in the corridor, there was a strong weird smell. the service is quite good. everybody is very friendly. Overall, way too much expensive for what it is... but still ok for Paris standards.
This hotel was in the right spot for us as we wanted to be close to The Champs Élysées and The Arc De Triupmh which was less than an 8 minute walk. There was a great supermarket and great cafes metres from the Hotel. The Hotel is in need of renovations however as it's very dated. It was good value for money however. It really didn't bother us to stay in a more expensive hotel as we were out all day. I would recommend this hotel to future travellers.
Considering the space constraints of Paris, the apartment was relatively large for 5. The kitchen area was pretty pathetic though, but everything else was just fine. Good spread at breakfast, but a couple of dishes were too salty. Windows not soundproofed so it could get noisy in the morning with delivery trucks loading/unloading. Otherwise, alright.
Was very glad that I chose this hotel and would return, despite some minor service-related issues (a requested lamp never materialised). Large room, ample closet space, well-appointed, attractive bathroom, two large terraces, a very pleasant neighbourhood, proximity to Etoile, excellent public transport (bus and metro), a memorable breakfast offering everything from sausages to pancakes (with maple syrup) to five flavours of preserves, croissants, two types of butter, three types of juices, fruit, yoghurts, three choices of cereal. It was difficult not to put on a pound every day! Not to mention going to sleep looking at the twinkling Eiffel Tower...all made it very worthwhile.
We stayed here as a couple, excellent location just round the corner from Champs-Elysees and Arc de Triomphe, staff very friendly ang always happy to help. Best hotel I've ever stayed in in Paris and would definitely stay again
The hotel is completely outdated and all furnishings are badly damaged. Very overpriced for poor quality. Not the most romantic weekend when you have to spend most of your time complaining about different parts of the room e.g originally placed in wrong room. When finally moved the aircon, tv and phone did not work in the room. On first impression the whole hotel is dated and needs refurbishing. DEFINITELY not worth the price, more like a 2/3 star hotel. If you are a young couple looking to have a nice weekend away, avoid this hotel. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
We stayed for one night this week having come from London to see the Dior Exhibition. Reception staff very nice and very helpful - the room was poor to say the least. Patches on the wall where it had been replastered but nobody bothered to paint over, no socket available for the light and the kettle (had to boil it on the floor), one set of sockets not working at all and one set of bed lights not working at all. The fridge has a clear door so you get a lovely blue glow throughout the whole room as you sleep made all the more annoying by flickering every 30 seconds. There is no way that this hotel could be considered 4 star in any possible way - half the outside sign was missing so that was a sign in itself! I think you can see how it might have once been, but those days were long ago! It was generally clean though, the location was excellent for our purposes with good eating spots near by and if you literally need just a bed for the night then it's ok. But only ok. Our room was 410 - no views other than the back of other properties.
We came to the hotel we wanted to upgrade the room to bigger one, they gave the exact price per night for the beggir room ! Then after we called for room service they told us they dont have room service and they left us hanging ! Its our day one here and we feel unwelcome
It was very spacious, and well maintenance. I feel as home. The hotel also very convenient as it close to the center of the town, shopping, and supermarkets. Hotel staffs were friendly, informative, and helpful. I would choose this hotel next time as I have warm welcomes from the staffs, and excellent service.
