Despite its 4* grading - i cannot understand how a hotel like this can qualify. Everything from a below reception, no Room Service available [a local takeaway pizza was offered]. The rooms are small, damp and noisy. Not a bad view of the Eiffel Tower - however i was in one of the best rooms! Just incredibly poor - the only redeeming feature was breakfast.
Due to the poor maintenance and decoration in the rooms hotel cannot be considered a 4 star. Furniture, bathrooms and walls need a good renovation. However rooms were clean and a good size . Hotel is in an excellent location. Just a few minutes from Champs Elysee and the Arc de Triomphe.
Only location is good. Other than that all is very poor service I stayed one night without AC. There is no 24 hours service. Website pictures is very different about actual. They speak very very poor English. Internet is very bad.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone except for the good neighborhood and the staff they were friendly but not the receptionist,, when i first arrived there i was shocked from the place it's smelly and so far from clean our room had bugs and insects on the sealing & the sewers were blocked so the water came out of the toilet " excuse me".. and there was no ac ..
We had 4 apartments from 29th June to 2 July. The day we checked in we had a terrible time as the aircon was not working in any of the rooms. The duty manager Yasmeen came and checked all rooms and confirmed there was a issue with aircon, she did change one room but with a portable aircon fitted in all rooms. She said the hotel was old and needed a redo. The carpets in the common area were stinking , the walls had paint peeled out the rooms were suffocating as the aircon was not working. She said last week she had the same issue and she refunded some amount to all guests. She confirmed the same with us but to our surprise on check out nothing was mentioned. I wrote multiple emails but she replied to none. In all a very unpleasant stay. Not a 4 star for sure. Would not rank it even 2 star.
The air conditioning is not working. I highly recommend you contact the hotel to check that this situation is resolved prior to booking. Staff claims the problem is being worked on, but looking at prior reviews raises doubts. Other than this, the staff is friendly, and the room is clean and pleasant enough. The surrounding neighbourhood is also agreeable.
The breakfast was quite good. This was really the only positive for us besides the obvious location being good. The bed was not a true Queen. It was two twin sized beds pushed together that kept opening up in the middle as we slept. We both toss and turn quite a bit and tend to sleep in the center of the bed. We had to take both belts from the bath robes and tie the bed legs together to prevent them from opening in the center. That was quite a nuisance. The AC was inoperable and we had to ask numerous times just to get a stand alone fan that plugs into the wall to help circulate the air. Again, it was an okay hotel. Definitely not worth a second booking though.
The Hotel staff were very inviting, the room was spacious with a distant view of the Eifle tower. The price of this hotel and its location is excellent. I cannot praise the staff enough! For shopping you only have to walk about 7-10 mins, with a wide range off affordable bistros/restaurants along the way.
great location, professional staff, clean and comfortable rooms, close to shopping street and sightseeing, easy to reach by car and public transport, parking availability. Both for business and pleasure recommended.
This is definitely not a 4 star hotel..maybe 2. The location is good. The rooms are very outdated. The curtains were hanging off the hooks, chipped paint, half of our electrical outlets were not working, the internet stopped working. Air conditioning is not available until June. The linen was not changed daily. The maid simply made the bed. The bathroom sink was not clean. The breakfast was good, except for runny eggs, cold pancakes, half cooked bacon. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Don't expect a romantic feel here....$199.00 euro for one night is way to much! The lobby looks nice, but the rooms are dumpy!
