My two teenage children spent three nights with us in the next room and said it was the best hotel we had stayed in. They took advantage of the gym and sauna. Definitely the most delicious and varied breakfast we have had anywhere in the world. Staff were excellent and went out of their way to help. Beds were really comfortable. Great location.

Stayed here for 4 nights over the new year with my girlfriend. Beautiful hotel, clean and spacious rooms. Luxury bathroom. We stayed in deluxe room which we got upgraded to as was my birthday. Check in staff were very attentive and helpful. Checked into our room at 11am!! Minibar in room included with water, Coca Cola and orange juice all free. Room was great. Location was lovely bercy village was nice lots of nice restaurants and bars as well as a few shops for essentials. Sephora is there to if you want to avoid the busy one at the champ else-see. Easy to get the metro from near hotel (3min walk) and the line it is on gets to anywhere within 15-25 mins! Great stay! Would give it 6 stars if I could!

Wonderful! This hotel has THE KINDEST staff we have ever encountered in all our travels. Super patient, helpful & accomodating in each & every way. Assisted us each day with places to visit, taking the subway and booking Eurostar tickets. Made special arrangments for us for Louvre tickets. Especiallly helpful are Benoit and Ferris, although the others also were extremely kind as well. Ferris seems to know everything about traveling about France and makes you feel as if you're freinds as he explains. When he sees you next time he always follows up to see how your adventure went. He is genuine & sincere in his interest in your well being. The food at the hotel is very good & the quaint little Bercy Village nearby has some great shops (even for kids) & restos of all varieties. There is even a movie theatre there playing movies in english. The breakfast spread is quite amazing actually. Have it included when you book your room. You won't regret it. My wife and I are often quite critical of hotels and honestly, I can't think of a single thing this hotel could do better. Basicalky, If you want something, just ask them and they will be happy to help you. I would highly recommend this hotel to any of my family and friends.

We stayed at the Pullman Bercy during our recent trip to Paris. While the hotel is not close to the major tourist destinations, there is a very convenient metro stop near the hotel. Only a 5 minute walk. Since we are a family of five, we stayed in two adjoining rooms and greatly appreciated the extra space. The hotel put a roll-away bed in the room, without being asked. We didn't need the roll away because one room had two double beds and the other had one queen. We were planning on two of our daughters sharing a bed, needless to say they were very happy that no one had to share a bed. We also decided to go with the plan that included breakfast and we are so glad we did. The breakfast was amazing. There was a wide selection of food to choose from. I was so happy to see such a large fruit selection. The fruit was also already peeled and cut. I always worry about not being able to eat healthy on a trip and as a result someone might get sick, but after seeing all the fruit varieties, I didn't need to worry. There was something for everyone. There was plenty of bread, cereal, yogurt, fresh cut deli meat, and a hot food section. We were all very happy with the breakfast and as a result we were full for most of the day.

Decent room... I had asked for a 3 bedroom... but what I got was a double bedroom with an extra bed.. making it cramp. The hotel offers a breakfast as well... but during all the 4 days that we were there, the breakfast didn't offer any variety whatsoever. I think that was a personal let down.

Pullman is a really good hotel if you are in Paris for work. It's not the most romantic hotel so i wouldn't recommend you to bring your wife for a romantic stay. I Have just been here once and i really liked it.

Especially Bercy is nice comparing to most of Parisian arrondissements. Food was great. The private limo hired through the Hotel is worth every €. The conference venue had all one could expect for medical professionals.

Repeat stays have proven the quality of this hotel and its staff. Positives: Staff are welcoming, care about guests nonobtrusively and helpfully. Hotel is in the city, but in a calm area. Cour St Emilion shopping area and metro station nearby. Easy access for those coming/going by car. For Paris, the rooms and especially bathrooms are functional and big enough to move around. Negatives: None. In an earlier review, I'd cautioned about a missing kettle. Subsequent stays showed me that maintenance and upkeep are top-notch. I've stayed here before and will stay here again.

This hotel is outside the city, but if you want quiet and top notch service this is the place. Bercy Village is a 5 min walk with a market, 5 Guys and so many other boutiques and eateries. Staff is super helpful from arranging excursions and calling up our driver for airport ride back. Rooms were very nice even had a large window to open for fresh air. Beds were plush and super comfortable. Decor throughout the hotel is modern chic. I would definitely stay again. 5 stars...

We spent three nights here visiting for the Paris Masters. We chose the hotel for its proximity to the tennis centre which is within walking distance through a lovely park. Close also to National Library of France, a pretty street of restaurants and shops, and a metro station. The hotel was busy with the tennis but staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and bathrooms have great showers, but the real star of the show is the breakfast. It may seem expensive but honestly there is absolutely everything you could think of on offer and some you would never think of - chicken, potatoes! If you do opt to have breakfast give yourself plenty of time to enjoy it, you won’t want to eat again until dinner. Five stars to the lovely reception staff.
