The sheets were dirty had hair and no idea what the rest was all over both sides of the bed. They were quick to come and change the sheets but insisted we must wait outside mind you it's very cold they offered to stand in another room while they did the change the room was very cold as well!! TV was small and the ac/heater kept turning itself off multiple times throughout the night. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on was in pain all night and all day the next day. Will never stay here again.

This these is supposed to be remodeled room. Did they put a sand the floor a waste wrapped up so many tiny turned a piece of paper almost black then. We open the dresser drawer and there is crack and men's clothing when I called the office and tell them about it and ask them why was my room not cleaned, he said. How do we know it's not yours? Well, first of all, I don't do that. And how dare you degrade me and say that and then hang up on me? Very unprofessional, very rude. Overcharges, you, we have to check out by 11. If we're a minute over we get charged. Extra, there are other guests there. They don't have to check out until 3 PM and even if they don't have it, they get to stay until 10 PM before they put out of the room. Have another one that they rent by the month and they're a month behind, and still not kicked out or harassed, but if we're a minute over 11 AM, then we're charged extra period. THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH DRUGS AND PEOPLE MESSING WITH VEHICLES AND TIRES WHILE YOURE ASLEEP. Several Louisiana plates in parking lot and they sit in their vehicles and take photos s

Room was clean. Stay was nice. Bed was comfortable, but only had a pillow and a half. Not the properties fault, but there was an addict passed out on the far steps. Not the best neighborhood, but we had no problems. It was actually pretty quiet.

Horrible place

Something shady was happening in the parking lot and I felt uncomfortable so left 4 hours after I checked in. I tried to get my money back for the remainder of my stay and was told no by management. I was willing to pay for the one night but wanted a refund on the remaining 3 days and was told no. I will never stay again.
