The Space:

The Sam Rayburn Suite is a cozy retreat, available for booking just 150 days a year. This unique offering allows us to maintain the property's charm. The suite provides comfortable accommodations, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Please note that once the 150-day booking window is filled, you'll need to reserve your stay for the following year. The suite features: Air conditioning, a comfortable queen bed, a full bathroom with a bathtub, essential amenities like towels and linens, a coffee maker, microwave, and a patio or balcony. Additional amenities include a TV, internet, and free parking.



Guest Access:

Guests of the Sam Rayburn Suite will have exclusive access to the entire suite, including the bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, the full bathroom featuring a deep soaking tub, and the private balcony. You'll also have access to essential amenities such as air conditioning, a coffee maker, microwave, TV, internet, and free parking. Enjoy your private retreat!

Enjoy a leisurely stroll to downtown Bonham, where you can explore local shops and dining options. A short walk also takes you to a charming local winery, perfect for an afternoon tasting. Experience the best of Bonham's local attractions, all within easy reach of your accommodation.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy from The Sam Rayburn Suite. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street, making it convenient to explore Bonham and the surrounding areas. For those arriving by air, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is approximately 90 miles away, a drive of about 1 hour and 45 minutes. While public transportation options are limited in Bonham, the suite's central location allows for easy access to local attractions, shops, and dining via a short walk or drive.

***Please note that the Sam Rayburn Suite is part of our Homesteaded property in accordance with Chapter 11 of the Texas Property Tax Code. In order to maintain our Homestead rights under Section 11.13 (k) we only offer the carriage house for rental for a maximum of 150 days of the calendar year. Once the 150th day is booked on the site, there will be no opportunity to book any other days for that calendar year.***
