The Space:

The Bailey Inglish Suite is available for booking only 150 days a year, allowing us to maintain our Texas Homestead. Secure your stay early, as once the 150-day limit is reached, availability resets for the following year.



Guest Access:

As a guest of The Bailey Inglish Suite, you will have exclusive access to the entire suite, ensuring your privacy and comfort. This includes the private bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a full private bathroom. Additionally, you'll have access to the suite's private patio or balcony, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street, offering convenient access to your accommodation and nearby attractions. The suite is designed to provide a tranquil retreat, with the amenities and space tailored to meet the needs of business travelers seeking a relaxing and productive stay.

For business travelers, The Bailey Inglish Suite offers convenient access to transportation. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street, ensuring easy access for those traveling by car. The suite is located in Bonham, Texas, offering a peaceful retreat with accessible amenities. While specific public transportation options within Bonham are limited, the suite's location allows for easy navigation to local shops, dining, and nearby points of interest. For those arriving by air, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is approximately a 90-minute drive. ***Please note that the Bailey Inglish Suite is part of our Homesteaded property in accordance with Chapter 11 of the Texas Property Tax Code. In order to maintain our Homestead rights under Section 11.13 (k) we only offer the Bailey Inglish Suite for rental for a maximum of 150 days of the calendar year. Once the 150th day is booked on the site, there will be no opportunity to book any other days for that calendar year.***
