This is a very nice place to stay and convenient to everything in Paris. It has just been newly renovated and still smells new when you walk in. Really clean rooms and Friendly staff. Will stay there again.
We have been thrilled with our stay here. We not only love the fresh clean feel but the warm reception of the staff set it apart. Lisa and her co worker ( I wished I could remember his name) were fantastic and went above and beyond. We stay at hotels all the time after a while they start to blend together. This one really stood out from the crowd.
Excellent! Newly remodeled and staff is exceptional. I would most certainly choose Hampton Inn Paris for future stays. (front desk staff were very helpful and hospitable) Next trip, I will remember manger specials in the evening.
I stayed in a newly renovated room that amazed me with the luxury of it all. The manager found out that I was in town for a funeral and let me know if I needed anything at all to please let them know. From check in to check out I felt valued. I can’t say enough good things about the hotel and my stay.
1. Phone went unanswered (14 rings, 16 rings, and finally 4 rings) while I was trying to make a reservation. No "we'll call you back", "can you hold?", or voice mail. Tried an hour later and got through. 2. There was a credit on the bill--that somehow didn't affect the total--that neither the desk clerk or manager could explain. "We don't know" is not an acceptable answer, no matter the question.
Front Desk staff was very helpful with directions and information on local attractions. They suggested a local barbecue place that we might not have visited, and it was well worth the trip. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was impeccably clean and comfy! We will definitely be back!
Love this hotel! So clean. It has just been remodeled. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are super comfortable. This is the nicest hotel in Paris Texas. You can go wrong staying here. Excellent Complementary Breakfast. Fast internet. We always feel safe and secure. Very friendly staff. You can’t go wrong staying here. We highly recommend it.
I had business in Idabel Oklahoma which is about an hour drive from Paris, TX. When I did my hotel search there were no Hilton family hotels within 50 miles of Idabel and this was just beyond that search. I didn’t mind the hour drive and was able to stay within the Hilton network. I arrived around 9pm and check was quick. You have a choice of snacks and went with water and chocolate. The room was comfortable. The AC did a decent job. I like to keep the room relatively cool and constant air flow. Again it did a decent job. The bathroom for seemed very “white” from the sink, bath, shelves, lighting, and the floor was a shade of gray. I was only there for one night. I did use the elliptical, there was that and a treadmill. Breakfast was pretty standard and I just had cereal and a yogurt. Again, not many major chains to choose from and this worked for me.
The night we stayed the hotel was under renovation. There are areas blocked off, floors covered with maintenance cardboard sheets lined up and down the hallways. I was so surprised there was no noise of hammering, drilling, sawing or any other mechanical tool being used. After a long journey it was nice to come into a clean, comfortable, large room. However, we never expected the fire alarm to go off twice in one night. The first alarm around 12:45 AM. The alarm rang which seemed like an eternity(maybe 2 minutes). The second alarm went off around 3:57 AM. Again, about 2 minutes. Even though there was no fire, no fire trucks, no yelling to get out of the building we were still unable to sleep after the second alarm. We waited in the room until breakfast was ready before getting on the road. The orange juice machine hadn't been cleaned out, the orange juice was dark as a "Blood Orange" colored orange. The waffle mixture tasted more pasty. I have been to previous Hampton's and have not noticed the same flavor. I noticed the quality of Quaker Oats, Smuckers as well as other quality products. The selection of the buffet breakfast was more than other hotels that I have frequented. I was told the alarm was due to the construction and getting the water pressure "just right" with the hotel renovation. I really think I would have had a much better stay if the alarm wasn't going off. The nice thing about the situation, but after a couple of phone calls the hotel and corporate office made good on their guarantee. Kudos to them.
I have stayed at this Hampton regularly in the last year-this was probably my 4th or 5th time. They closed for remodeling a few months ago and I was surprised because it was always clean, comfortable and well maintained even before the remodel. If you visit in the next few weeks don’t be deterred by the construction. My new guest room was beautiful, sparkling new and very comfortable and quiet. Nice upgrades like USB charging plugs, all new bathroom, flooring and paint. What has not changed is the great service and friendly staff. The hotel is still owned by the same local entrepreneurs who have always made it a pleasant and restful business destination for me. I met the general manager, Mark at breakfast. He greeted me and made sure I experienced no inconveniences during my stay. This location will be the the top-rated hotel again when the full remodel is complete. And by the way, no need for a “Pardon our Dust” sign. Even during construction the lobby, hall and my room was impeccably clean and dust free. Also no paint fumes or new carpet smells at all-my room had only the fresh and clean smell you want.
