Called ahead to make sure they had a hot tub. Was told yes we have a hot tub. We were coming to Paris to help a friend move. Hot tub was the one thing we needed after moving. After we checked in and as we walked past the pool area there was a sign on the wall that said pool area is closed for the season. Well guess where the hot tub was... attached to the pool and ice cold. We chose your hotel because you had a hot tub. Being lied to when we called was infuriating. We even asked if the person we were during the phone call "are you on site in Paris" to which she replied yes. Maybe train your people not to lie to your customers.
