Room was very run down, broken wood around doors, wiring to TV sparked in the back, outlets hanging out of walls, refrigerator did not work. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Location was easy access on & off interstate. Needs renovating very much.

It wasn’t what we are use to At a Red Roof Inn. Our room was in need of updating. No microwave, no TV reception, breakfast wasn’t much & no one to see that the counter was kept clean, the water in the pool was green, no soap in any of the dispensers, dirty & stained comforter on bed, no light in bathroom & no light bulb in lamp. A service man came into our room unannounced to fix the TV and was told by the front desk that the room was empty. Normally Red Roof Inn is a good choice

Yes, the property was welcoming to pets, but… the pictures in the listing are nothing like what the actual place was like. Very deceiving and disappointing. The breakfast was not fresh, only had frozen pancakes that you had to heat up yourself, a couple of pieces of bread, that was it, and some dirty tangerines. As far as the room goes, it was the worst hotel visit I’ve ever experienced. The rooms were dirty. There were dead bugs in the corners of all the floors, spiders crawling around, big wolf spiders. The phone in the room was missing the buttons; you couldn’t even call the front desk. The microwave was broken. You could see through the microwave as it was attempted to heat your food. The drawers on the dressers were where they would not shut; when you shut them, they ghostly come back open. The bathtub did not hold water, and when turning the knob, the whole entire pipe in the wall shifts and shakes. The sink in the little kitchenette area was disconnected from the countertop. It literally moved around as you tried to run the faucet, and the TV in the living area of the king suite didn’t work. And worst of all, the beds were horrible. They were literally like sleeping on straight plywood or the floor itself, stiff as a board, and the pillows were the size of a couch throw pillows.

I have stayed here several times. It is very basic but quite adequate. It’s well lit at night and the property is neat and tidy. Even though the buildings are pretty old, the rooms are updated. I’m just glad to have a more affordable place to stay. Don’t change anything. Well, maybe have some small containers of yogurt at breakfast so that you have some kind of protein available.

Water had insufficient hot water. Was told we just need to leave the water running for a time. But the water would get scalding hot for about 3 minutes, then go back to cold for about 2, then back to hot for 3 and then back and forth until we finished. When we got out of the shower and walked across the floor, our feet were brown with dirt from the floor not being cleaned.

The parking lot was JAM packed w shady characters and drunks in the hallways. The bedding was stained and the bed broken. Needed attention to dry on the paint touch ups and had big plaster holes fills that stood out. Over all not a HORRIBLE experience but is never go back again.

I was very disappointed in this property. The room needed updating and a good cleaning. It was tolerable but I would not rebook again. The first problem was with the room assignment. We needed a room on the first floor because of mobility issues. If spoken to them several times to remind them and arrived to find tge gave ys a 2nd floor room. They did move us but it was ver disappointed. The biggest problem was that we found a bed bug!!! When the desk clerk came to see the problems she was not helpful at all and refused to move us. This was very disappointing After staying here, I would hard pressed to stay at any Red Roof inn anywhere agsin. A.

Bed was absolutely terrible, worn down in the middle creating a dip that you couldnt escape, and everytime you move or turn over it made horrid noises like springs and bars were popping under you like it was about to break down. Worst night of sleep ive had in a long time... and the toilet leaked a bit from the bottom everytime you flush... but other than these 2 complaints it wasn't that bad. It was clean, staff was super friendly, "hot" breakfast was okay. I will stay here again in the future if need be, but will request a room change if i get a terrible bed again.

No one at desk for check in. Waited 20 minutes ringing the bell and calling the number left on a note. Not enough towels for 3 people, when I asked for 2 more, I was given one pool towel. Pool was closed and NASTY. I travel multiple times a month, and this place has the most pathetic excuse for a breakfast I’ve encountered.

The room was clean and comfortable. Even with the bar in the courtyard, nights were quiet. The parking area could be cleaned up...hazards to tires everywhere. The continental breakfast needs to be better. Nothing but high sugar cereals and items to pour syrup on. Fresh fruits and healthier cereal could be added.

The room was not clean, no coffee or coffee pot, no Kleenex. The soap and shampoo conditioner was empty and the old container holders were still stuck on the wall. No elevator, we had to haul our luggage upstairs. The door opens on to the parking lot. The breakfast was 2 sugary cereals, microwave pancakes and white bread for toast. It had a good rating so for the price we decided to try it.
