I cannot praise this property and the owner, Greg, enough. I first reached out regarding this cute little place on a Saturday morning, following a terrible summer storm that took out electric service for more than 40K people. Greg told me he was already booked with other folks experiencing the same outage. I wasn't surprised, due to the sheer number of people affected, and kept searching for a place for my elderly parents to stay. A short time later Greg contacted me again, saying the current guests were checking out and he could make the tiny house available to us. Greg drove from Ft Worth, cleaned the tiny house and welcomed my parents into this cute home-away-from-home by 7 that evening. My parents stayed here for 3 nights until their electricity came back on. Although tiny, the space felt spacious and had everything they needed. It was very clean and well stocked. The location was nice as well, just a few short miles from grocery stores and restaurants, but felt as though it was deep in the country. I am forever in Greg's debt for making this VRBO available to my parents and would not hesitate to stay there again should the need arise.
