The Space:

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this charming, completely renovated studio, located a stone's throw from Galeries Lafayette and Opéra! Perfectly furnished, it can accommodate two people.

Please be informed that, due to circumstances beyond our control, Wi-Fi is currently unavailable in the apartment for an indefinite period. We are actively working to restore the service as soon as possible; however, no compensation will be provided in relation to this situation.



The studio includes:

• A living space: has a Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi access and storage space.

• A sleeping area: has a double bed (140 × 200 cm) with new and extremely comfortable bedding as well as storage.

• A bathroom: it has a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

• A fully equipped open kitchen: oven, hotplates, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, pots and pans…

• A dining area: a space is provided to enjoy your meals comfortably.

The studio also has a drying rack, iron and ironing board.

You will be staying in the very lively 9th arrondissement, in the heart of the Grands Boulevards district, perfect for discovering Paris on foot between culture, shopping and gastronomy. A few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch in emblematic addresses like Café Pouchkine or Café de la Paix, or enjoy a typically Parisian lunch at the famous Bouillon Chartier, an essential institution for tasting traditional French cuisine. For your daily shopping, several convenience stores and local shops are just a few steps away, including Monoprix, Franprix and early stores for fresh bread, fruit, wine and local products.
