Simply great!

Everythig was great! Our arrival was heavily delayed past midnight but the staff was so helpful and the check in was very fast. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Close to metro station, cheap supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi) and nice bakeries. Very basic, but has all you need. Not very pretty building in a working class area, but we had a room with an Eiffel Tower view! Very quiet at night, noisy construction at daytime, which was minor as we spent days away in Paris. Helpful staff. Would stay again.

Room was ok, curtains would have been nice to sleep a bit better. Bed was good and fridge was pleasant surprise. Gym was very hot, luckily could open all the windows. You can do nice aerobic ecxersice or yoga there but nothing much more. Breakfast was very nice surprise! Basic but good choices. Only the eggs were very overcooked, everything else was very good. Loved the fresh fruitsalad!

Good value for what it is...great location,with eateries around. And lots of supermarkets... Room was very hot,to the point i had to sleep on the floor. Shower was decwnt..had good faciilties,hobs,feidge and cutlery.. Cant comment on service as they spent 90%of the time smoking outside the building....

2 Star Stay - Cheap.

This place is very off the beaten path, 45min metro to Paris city center. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but not terrible. Hotel is a solid 2-2 1/2 stars. We needed a cheap place to rest our head, this did it. Beds were not comfortable (slats on springs), everything you needed required ID to ensure you will return the items etc. I wouldn't stay here again personally. I would rather pay a little more and not have to deal with this level of service.

It was horrific. Firstly i was given the key to a room that had someone in, then i got in my room and the door was off the bathroom cabinet. Worst of all is that they have charged me twice for the booking and have still not refunded the several hundred euros owed to me, as well as the 50 euro deposit they take at check in. I will now have to contact the police for this matter. Be very careful when thinking about staying here.

Tuesday(September 20.), around 9:30pm, I got to a hotel and they said my reservation is declined and I can’t pay in cash. Our room was canceled without a valid reason

Me and my wife was told by the reception when trying to check in yesterday that our room was cancelled. We was told that the reason was that was that my credit card was not valid. But we should pay when we arrived at the hotel and nothing is wrong with my credit card. The reason for cancelling the room is simply not valid. The hotel was fully booked and we didnÂŽt have any room. After some discussions we was told to leave the hotel or they would call the police. This was a horrible experience.
