The Space:

Grand appartement style loft sur deux étages situé au 3è étage avec ascenseur d'un immeuble ancien dans le centre de Paris, le haut Marais, à deux pas de la très commerçante rue de Bretagne et pas très loin de toutes les attractions. L'entrée de l'appartement donne sur un grand couloir qui mène aux pièces ouvertes: les wc séparés se trouvent directement dans l'entrée, ainsi que des grands placards pour y ranger vos affaires. Ensuite vous avez la salle de bain. Celle-ci est équipée avec lave-linge, sèche-linge, grande douche et meuble vasque. Le salon avec cheminée décorative et chaîne hifi, un canapé et fauteuils est très accueillant. Puis vous avez la grande cuisine toute équipée avec une table ronde qui peut accueillir jusqu'à quatre personnes. Les plaques et le four sont à gaz. Au bout du grand espace loft vous trouvez une première chambre avec un lit double (seule chambre fermée dans l'appartement). Des marches en béton ciré au salon mènent à l'étage, le bureau, ainsi qu'une deuxième chambre avec lit double. L'espace est très lumineux grâce à la rangée des vitres. Vous avez une vue sur les toits de Paris et le ciel ouvert puisqu'il n'y a pas de vis-à-vis. L'appartement est également très calme car sur cour. Le mélange des différents matériaux brutes comme le béton ciré et le bois donnent à ce loft son charme particulier. Cette location est idéale pour une famille ou un groupe de quatre personnes. Internet en haut débit est à votre disposition dans tout le loft.
