Location, location and location!!! Good stuff, very helpful and friendly! Nice breakfast.

Close to Arc de Triumph, and metro station. Plenty of places to eat. Friendly staff, nice breakfast. Very convenient.

Folks were very helpful.they were willing to talk about beggars in Paris.

We had arrived from an 8 hour flight, and wanted to rest. Staff was friendly. When we entered the room it was very small, the mirror on the closet was cracked, the sink did not drain properly. They are doing renovations, and next door workers were hammering, and what not. We turned the AC on and we started coughing. The dust from the renovations was passing through, and we had to get out of the room. We contacted the front desk. They were nice, and agreed to send us and check a different room. This room was a hundred times better. Bigger, cleaner, and very comfy. We decided to get our stuff and move into the new room. What a difference!!!! Staff was super nice. Especially the gentlemen at night. Overall, started rocky, but enjoyed our stay very much so. Just make sure you stay in a room that is not next to one that is being renovated.

You cant ask much for the price I paid. I should have known rooms in Paris where small, but I never thought they would be this small. That said, room was very clean, bed was very conmfortable and everything was really modern. Nevertheless, I would have appreciated having more hot water and more than 1 bar of soap. I could have requested more, but just wasnt in the mood to argue. Room had a great view though.
