We throughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was a refuge from the bustle of the city outside. Our room was large and with arm chairs to relax and the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on in a hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We have shared our recommendations with friends and family and hope that a room will still available for us when we want to return.
I stayed in the deluxe apartment which had a small kitchenette. The room was clean nicely maintained. The beds were comfortable and had good simple amenities. The staff at reception were very polite and willing to help in making reservations at restaurants and also provide services like , iron boards, coffee, extra towels with no hesitation at all. If there was a negative it was that given the time of the year, October, it was not yet cold so the rooms tended to be a bit warm even with the windows open. However, I got used to it and was quite comfortable. The other issue is that at the entrance of the hotel is a night club that stays open until 5 am some nights. This can be off putting when coming in at night . Although I was not bothered by the activities. Overall give it is good value for money given the extremely central location near the shopping, the train metro and parks etc.
Great size appartment with kitchen in a very chic paris's location at 2 steps from place Vendome. Suite 11 is Comfortable for a family with 3 kids with the 2 bedrooms and leaving area that can be used for sleeping.

Walking distance from the Louvre and the rue St. Honore, surrounded by very trendy nice restaurants/bars and shops. Definitely a location to book again (already booked this location for the 2nd time). Parking garage is 5 minutes away.
had lodging arrangements fall through at the last minute. found this hotel and booked it. within 15 minutes they had our room ready and the room was breathtaking. so much space and friendly staff. an absolute bargain for the price. you must absolutely stay here
Excellent location surrounded by shops, restaurants and cafes. Metro station is nearby only steps away which provide easy access to different areas in Paris. super clean apartment and friendly staff. There is only one portable air conditioning which was a disadvantage.
Booked this hotel based on trip advisor reviews, and unfortunately the hotel didn't live up to our expectations. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk and the only way to contact anyone was to ring their emergency number, which went to an answer machine. Having just arrived in Paris after a 30 hour flight, we were somewhat concerned that we would be sleeping in the lobby. Eventually after 10 minutes or so, someone did turn up and after checking in, we were shown to our room. The next problem was that it was 90° outside, but there was no air-conditioning in the room. The hotel had installed a portable air-conditioning machine, but the exhaust pipe for the machine was hanging out an open sliding door window, effectively negating the air-conditioning, as cool air was being replaced by warm air was sifting in through the open window. The machine itself was very noisy and we had to turn it off during the night as we could not sleep with it on. The next problem was that the tiny shower. The shower door did not fit properly, meaning that when we had a shower the water streamed out the door, flooding the bathroom floor. On the plus side, the room was a reasonable size, there was a kitchenette with a large fridge, the bed was very comfortable and the hotel is very centrally located in Paris and is only a short 50 m walk to the L’Opera Metro.
Overall a very pleasant experience! Very clean place with friendly staff. The kitchen is well maintained and very convenient. The only thing to note is that the rooms do not have built in AC and only have portable ACs. They tend to be loud at night. But considering the fact AC is not as commonplace in European housings, I don't blame them.
The apartments are in a very good location in the centre of Paris. The rooms are spacious enough and come with a kitchen and some cooking equipment. The courtyard on the ground floor was nice and quiet and ideal in the summer months to sit outside and eat.
