We visited the hotel with our Indian group. We reached on 31.07.2017. The first thing we encountered was that the guy at the front desk, Jamie was least bothered about us entering the hotel. When we entered there he said "Oh, you are all Pakistanis". Hearing this we politely said "No we are from India". Then he didn't even check our bookings and started doubting us by saying "Do you really have bookings here". As if we were a bunch of refugees coming to your hotel. After that he said something which I think was uncalled for. Jamie said "Yeah, Indians and Pakistanis are same only." then he said something related to our ethnicity which I can't remember fully, now. Later on when on the second day, I asked him that the room service people didn't keep shower gel in the room, he was again least bothered. Promised me that the shower gel will be sent immediately but it didn't come at all. The hotel rooms are pathetic to say the least. The dampness on the carpet was so unhygienic. I will not recommend this hotel even if they are giving it for free. STRICTLY STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.
Hot / Iced water coming out "haphazard" from Shower. BAR closing TOO EARLY, not even have a beer at 23:10 !!! RESTAURANT : cold Buffet and Dessert OK, the rest you need to be lucky. CHAMBRES : grandes et propre
Talk about customer service, hospitality, friendliness, kindness, and enjoying taking care of people. Without any kidding an all honesty Jaime gave me the best experience that I have gotten World wide. He went out of his way to explain how to get around Paris, helped me with a car rental, gave me all the information I needed. He made sure that all of our needs were well taken care of. I will never forget his kindness and more people should strive to be like him.
Can't really complain considering price however: - bathroom was in a really bad condition. Broken shower, fungus. - Breakfast selection could be much better for 11 euro per person! Other than that it's a great price if you need fast access to the CDG airport. I do not recommend it if you are planning to go to Paris - takes approximately 40 minutes to the center by car in the evening with low traffic.
Very welcoming hotel which offers a good breakfast, reasonable evening meal and for its standard reasonable rooms. What makes the place is the staff who could not do enough to help. Would recommend for a budget stay.
An average hotel from the inside. They say its 3 - star but according to us its not more than 2 - star. Enter the room walk 7 steps and the room is over. In european countries they appreciate if customers can wait for their turn. if you are in a hurry to talk to the receptionist they may even shout at you. Only 2 charging points in a room and are very small which requires an additional plug. Please carry 2-3 small plugs. If you will buy from the hotel it will cost you 3 euro's each. They don't provide complimentary water. Tap water is drinkable. Bathroom design is different. Bath-tub is provided for bathing. It's slippery, 2 out of 3 times we slipped. Any water falling out of bath tub will stay there and will enter room carpet area which may lead to fine of 100 euro's. No shower near commode area to wash properly. Please use glasses provided near wash basin. Take care to avoid rooms on 5th floor, hot water is not available most of the time. For rest of the floors its better to take bath before 8 am if you need hot water supply. Lift too small to carry even 5 people. Breakfast had 4 different types of bread (breads may contain egg). Everything you see in the breakfast is from the market, nothing is freshly cooked.
This was the most horrible hotel i stayed during my trip. Even though it was a budget hotel but the service was very poor. The rooms were not in a very good condition and the wifi was also pretty slow. The other disadvantage was the distance from the city
When we arrived at our hotel room we had to wait outside for about 20 minutes because the room was not clean yet. No space what so ever in the room! Walls were paper thin also. The elevator took around 15 minutes to come every time we waited for it! Nice food but that was it as far as nice goes. Not a nice hotel at all and I would not recommend it!
Stayed there as a part of group tour for 2 nights. Rooms are unimaginably small with no literally no space to move around. Favorite among all the tour operators from India and China. Washrooms are ok. A small lift with 4 people capacity to serve the entire hotel with so many rooms and lots of tourists making you wait for minimum 15 minutes to catch it. Breakfast is good. Not recommended.
Positive: -Hotel is located on a very convenient location with regard to the Public Transport, Grocery, Shopping and Gas Station. -Receptionists all served were very helpful and friendly. Room is very cleaned. Parking is very safe and convenient in the premises. -Waiter in the Restaurant was very helpful Negative: -There were so many Chinese Tourists and 1 School Group checking in and occupied the entire lobby and the lifts, so the normal guests who are with just 2-3 had enormous problem in getting into the lift. It could have been very helpful if their guide was there to provide space for normal guests to get some space or else the Hotel staff asked those large groups to provide space for normal guests. -Though the Wi-Fi was free, yet it was very slow and had so much troubles in getting connected. -Hot Water in the morning was very less, we believed it was due to enormous Chinese Groups in the hotels (approx. 5-6 large Tourists Busses). -The Room was very large comparing to other hotels in the same level which is very good, but very sad to say the "Room Set-up" was done without considering the convenience of the guests. In one corner of the room massive space is left enough to play, in other corner Bed is placed, and the Writing Table with a Chair is put just opposite the Bed giving absolutely no space for the 2nd person in the room to pass by if 1st person is doing something at the table. Therefore, re-designing the Room Set-up is very much needed for guests convenience! -Dinner Cold Buffet was not highly luxury or reasonable but still "ok". However, the Hot Buffet was not value for the money since a very few items were in there! -Housekeeping was not that good since during the cleaning they had not provided milk for the next morning coffee. Also, when we returned from a tour we went to have shower but found Shampoo was not refilled, so we called the Reception and that time housekeeping staff off for the day, so we were asked to come and collect shampoo after 10 minutes (we knew why 10 minutes because there were plenty of Chinese Groups checking-in)
