We have been here one night and so far they have messed up how many chairs we need for all the students on our trip the wifi is awful and slow the room is little and walls very thin not to mention carpet stains and the plug in the bathroom doesnt fit the hole so far the only thing good about this hotel is their showers

This hotel is located near Le Bourget in Paris, close to a highway. It is located within a closed fenced area with rental apartments and a low budget hotel beside it. The clients of the rental apartments is somehow not for the best and safe neighbourhood. The carpark of the hotel is filled with people living in campers and old cars, lots of crossed glass and garbage. We did not get any suggestions for staying at the old and not renovated tower of the hotel, and not the new renovated part either. We where given keys to rooms in the old tower. These rooms was outdated, mold in the ceiling of the bathroom, carpet not cleaned since for ever, smell of smoking in the room. No safe deposit box, and the walls are thin so you can easily follow the conversation in the room next door. We complained to the staff about the standard of the room not complying with the price tag of it. The said there was a renovated tower, but all the rooms was full, and since we had a hotels.com order we where put in the old tower of the hotel. They also said Hotels.com uses a picture of a new renovated room for prices of the old rooms. The staff was not giving the best performance and service. The breakfast is located in the restaurant on the ground floor. When given the staff notice of the many spiders on the floor of the restaurant they just laugh about it. One morning we discovered a large spiders net and the big spider in the corner of the restaurant next to our tables. Had to ask the staff to clean it away. The staff did not use glows to handle bread that was put on the table before the dinner was served. Not a hotel to remember or stay at again.

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and observant. They were friendly and always ready to assist you with everything. I didn’t feel unsafe even at 3:00 am alone outside the hotel. All the rooms in this hotel are non smoking. The room was clean and pretty. The room had everything you would expect from a 3 star hotel, for example, kettle, tea, coffee, hairdryer, etc. The bed and pillows were confortable. From what I have seen, there is a super market within walking distance. There is also a huge mall but that is about 25 mins walk from the hotel. It was fine for me because I like walking and my toddler enjoys going for a stroll. There is also a park very close to the hotel where kids can run around freely. We saw horses there too. Overall, I had a good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is aptly rated three star, but don't expect anything other than soap in the rooms. One has to purchase everything from dental hygiene kit to water. The beds are comfortable, but the rooms are not well insulated as one can hear everything from the corridors which can be annoying at night. It is a good option for staying over night while traveling in or out of CDG, but thats about it. There is not much around, so be sure to bring food with you or be prepared to eat at the hotel. There is a kettle in the room to make tea, which is good.

We were three mates and stayed in a three single bedded room on the 3rd floor. the room has tea making facilities which was good as was the beds and bath towels. The hotel has a well stocked bar on the ground floor and outdoor seating which was great for a sit in the sun in the late afternoon. There is also a restaurant on the lower ground floor serving breakfasts and hot buffet food in the evening which was OK as there is not much else out there in the immediate area. There is free parking in front of the hotel. We were visiting the Citoen museum and the Air/space museum which are in the area which was fine for us but would advise you that you should check the hotels location before you book and make sure that you can get suitable transport to the attractions you may want to visit.

I spent four nights in this hotel, in occasion of a Fair nearby. Roooms are big enough to stay a few days, the bathroom is clean although not perfectly working. Air conditioning, TV and a kettle to make yourself a cup of tea or coffee will make your staying quite comfortable, but I would suggest to open the windows more often, as the smell is not quite nice... Very nice the bar and the reading area based on the ground floor, close to the reception. I believe 3 stars is a fair rate for such a hotel.

The hotel itself was nice. It was welcoming, clean and comfortable. The area where the hotel was situated was horrible. The car park itself had several areas of smashed glass and there were several clearly damaged cars parked. The hotel does offer secured parking underneath it for €6 a day but space is very limited and you cannot get a high sided car into it. There were roaming security guards but you felt this was only because they had to be there! The hotel itself was nice and perfectly comfortable for what we needed for our overnight stopover. The location would definitely prevent me from returning there again in the future though.

From CDG airport it costs £35 in a taxi. The staff were not helpful when helping with the WiFi therefore we didn’t have WiFi for our weeks stay. The rooms were ok sized however slightly damp and had a strange smell to them. About a 15 minute drive (€6 uber) to get to the nearest metro. About an hour journey into Central Paris and about 1 and half hours into Disney land. Would not stay again as the location and room it self wasn’t the best.

As Logistics Manager for a team of delegates I chose this hotel for its proximity to the Paris-Nord Villepinte Expo Centre to attend one the the largest conferences in Europe. This hotel is used as a refugee hostel. The rooms were filthy and stank of rancid food and rotting fish. We dont have a problem with it being used as a refugee hostel. The problem lies in the shoddy management who cant be bothered to ensure the hotel and rooms are clean. Considering the inflated prices we paid during the Expo for these rooms I would say AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The restaurant was overfull in the morning and we were unable to have breakfast or a cup of coffee. Totally unsatisfactory. We booked through Hotels.com and have left a review on their website too.

Firstable no free mini bus from airport CDG and back.... No very good welcome from the reception, no good bedroom furnitures...No soap, no shampoo, no shower gel, no bath towel, very bad diffrencies with campanile hotel closed to reception we dont where we are....The bedroom has to renoved as all the rest of the commun faciliies....And in plus they keep your passport ans dont give it you back at your check out....The only thing good is the buffet breakfast....I will never come back to this hotel in my life...Taxis bills for proove....
