The property is at a nice location, However I feel like it need to improve in the service, I stayed for 4 nights, room was too hot, try to lower the air but it set to be at 30f anyways we’ve manage to deal with it, the night before we ran out of shampoo and shower gel, I think that should be refill every day, had a Boucher for two drinks at the bar that I could never get, they were either closing or too busy to accommodate us at the bar, guy in charge of the restaurant and bar was kind of rude, the way he approached to people is not the right way for a 5 star hotel! People at the front desk were nice and the guys that help out with the luggage. Not sure if I would stay here again.
