I stayed here 2 night and the room was nice but dirty, all over the floor there were long black hair, the bedsheets were dirty on top and there was a grey pillow with a lot of spots…. My first night I had to repair the shower doors myself as I couldn’t close them! I only had 1 roll of toilet paper and I had to use some tissue that hopefully I had in my bag as there was nobody at the reception when I found out that there was no replacement. I definitely not recommend this place! Really expensive for what it is!

Toilet light bulb broken, toilet extremely small, even for an small Asian girl. Water leak out from small washing base and sink was blocked.

Nice location and traveling on train or walking not too far for attractions. Mirawana smell from bar below late into evening unable to keep windows open. Sink leaked. Shower very small.

Ok experience

In general it was okay. It was closed to the underground and bus stop. The only thing I will complain is about the breakfast and size of the room. In the description it says it’s a buffet, but it is not. Basically there’s a coffee/bar next to the hotel who provides de breakfast service. Coffe, prance juice, bread, piece of fruit and a yogurt. Eating the same for 4 days it’s q bit tiring. However the man was nice. During our stay, the room was a bit smaller than the one in the picture and they only came to clean one time during our 4 night stay. Also the charged us additionally 10€ for taxes.

Cloisons entre les chambres "inexistantes"...Système de verrouillage des portes qui fait un bruit de dingue... et on ne le sait pas avant de fermer la porte... donc toutes les portes claquent...! Nous avons passé quelques jours très agréables dans cet établissement, idéalement situé, tout proche du métro et des commerces. Le responsable de l'hôtel Assan, respectueux et d'une grande courtoisie nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux, toujours à l'écoute du client. Il en a été de même pour son équipe, Cédric, Alex et Hamed, très serviables. Je recommande tout particulièrement cet hôtel.

Séjour sympa pour 1 seul journée. Je suis venue pour le concert de BLACKPINK et l’hôtel est plutôt cool mais ma pour 1 semaine dans une petite chambre . C’était super !
