Hotel has still not returned my deposit I checked out and the receptionist went and saw the room and check that everything was fine. Nothing is missing. Your receptionist told me it will be fullyreturned within days. Shame on you for not returning it all this time you need to return it immediately.

My son and I stayed here for 3 nights and the resort was lovely. It was close to the train station but also close to great restaurants, museums and shopping. It had a beautiful rooftop deck and pool but alas it rained most of our trip. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff unhelpful and rude, i switched from room to another they wanted me to check out of the first room at 12 and check in the second room at three. How ridiculous is this all reputable hotels have courtesy rules about transferring clients from room to room by giving priority to the transfer. The receptionist was extremely rude and gave me an ultimatum and said you have one hour max to leave , the only started to be nicer when I threatened to put reviews on social media and Expedia also the checkout process was terrible where the receptionist told me to wait while he went upstairs to the room to check it for 10 minutes, making me late for my taxi .. I had already called him prior to coming down asking him to prepare everything for check out and if there is anything that he needed to do, he said no just come down only to surprise me when I came down that he wanted to go to the room and made me wait all that time.. hotels don’t do that anymore. You just check out and leave. I’ve been all around the world and I can’t remember the last time a hotel told me to wait while they check the room.. the checkout process should’ve been smoother and easier as well as the chicken process, which was also terrible as they made me wait until 3 PM. Exactly this hotel does not provide any courtesy and they are borderline rude.

I stayed three nights at this wonderful hotel, and it was an excellent experience. The location is perfect—just a few minutes from the metro, and very close to shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. A special thank you to Angie and Basima, who were both incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on my next trip to Paris.

The staff are AMAZING! The hotel is walkable to most of the monuments including Eiffel Tower and Champs! LOCATION is very convenient. Big shout outs to Angi, Basma, Kalidou! Your warmth made us feel like we were home! We had a connecting room that we were able to shut the outside door and keep our rooms opened. Bonus that there was a steamer in the room as our travel one broke! Beds are comfortable. Hotel is very clean! Bathrobes and slippers are provided. Breakfast was okay but enough for us to start our day! The cappuccino and lattes were great! This place is fabulous! I will definitely stay again the next time I am in Paris. Thank you for making my stay during my birthday top notch!

I had an excellent stay here. Traveled solo, and spent four nights. Did not get to try the breakfast or the other facilities, because I was out shopping and touring. However, front desk staff were extremely helpful. There was someone there 24 hours. The food smelled amazing in the morning, despite not being able to eat. The rooms were kept clean, and I was upgraded when I got there, and was able to stay in a new room. New carpet, and bathroom were excellent. Also, location, location, location. If you don’t choose this hotel for anything else, choose it for its location. It cannot be beat. Metro is two minutes away walking, and it’s by all of the shops. Extremely comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

This hotel is excellent. It is conveniently located near the best avenues and metro stations, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby. The staff is very friendly, and I would like to publicly thank the lady who serves breakfast. She is always smiling and eager to help. We did encounter one issue during our stay; however, we were offered the option to move to another room. Unfortunately, due to our schedule, that wasn't feasible for us. We ended up staying in the same room the entire time, but honestly, this issue does not detract from our overall experience at the hotel. Our stay was great, and we plan to return on our next trip to Paris—just a heads up to avoid room 200! Hahaha.
