Very nice hotel to stay near the Champs-Elysées ! Nice staff specially an employee name Ashim he was so helpful and great to deal with please send my comment direct to this hotel management ? Greatly recommend to my friends to stay and few of them stayed this weekend , I will come and visit this hotel soon ? Nice staff specially Ashim he was great ?

Great hotel, near all the shopping! They gave us an upgrade for free. The room was small, but it's expected in Europe. The hotel was great, and well decorated.

This hotel has an EXCELLENT location; right off Champs De Elysee near George V metro station and walking distance everywhere. Staff is very welcoming, helpful and friendly. We told them it was our honeymoon and I believe they upgraded our room at no charge and gave us complimentary champagne. The room was very cute, boutique style and a good size. We had a king bed and big balcony with nice view of the cute Parisian street. Buffet breakfast (for a fee) was mediocre and not the best but, let’s be honest, have you ever had a buffet style hotel breakfast that was awesome? The only real downside to this place is that the walls are paper thin. We could hear our neighbors but worse of all is the plumbing is very loud. You will know when your neighbors are showering...or using the bathroom. The staff is very responsive to noise complaints and are very accommodating. Overall it was a nice stay but I would need to think twice about staying again only because of the noise.

Great location and quaint Parisienne decor. The staff went out of their way for our comfort, including going to pick up Pizza for us one night. The rooms were cozy ( a tiny bit too warm at times), otherwise, perfect.

We were celebrating our five year anniversary and looking forward to this trip. We were disappointed with our stay at Hotel François considering we spent so much money per night. Maids walked in at odd hours (early morning) several times without warning. At times, hotel was noisy. Room were not clean for a four star hotel. Dust was noticeable, bathroom corners looked moldy and comforter had visible stains. Customer service was good (referring to Francois). He is the person responsible for getting ice, iron, etc. Everyone else had a nonchalant attitude. This hotel did not feel as luxurious as it advertised. Way too expensive for the little you get. However, décor was nice and location was good if you don’t mind restaurants and stores being on the pricey side. Lots to see on Champs de Elysee.

Everything about this hotel is great. It's around the corner from the Four Seasons (Hotel George V) and is decorated in a similar manner, one-sixth the price, and has just as great of service. Luxurious marble bathrooms, spacious bedrooms, great amenities, free internet, and a great location. My room was clean and nicely decorated in an updated traditional style. The neighborhood is quiet enough to sleep tranquilly with the windows open, yet steps away from the Champs Elysees, Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Armani, etc. My only complaint was a vague smell of cigarettes in the hallways, which makes me think they need to separate the smoking & non-smoking floors. I'll be going back, if they're not sold out due to this review!

From the moment you approach, you know you're in for a lovely stay. y husband and I live in Europe and just stopped in Paris for a long weekend. The location is an ideal jumping-off point with the metro just a few blocks away. The hotel inside and out, is simply beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The standard room is small, with not much space beyond the full size bed, but that is typical for Europe. The decor is gorgeous and classic French luxury. The beds, pillows and sheets were very comfortable and the showers were also the nice rain showers. The brunch is okay - I might have done better just getting a roll and coffee at a nearby cafe - the brunch room is elegant. For a romantic weekend/getaway that feels luxurious, this is a great place to stay.

Location is central, yet on a quiet street. If you love walking you can explore many key points by walk. Rooms are small. So, get a "classic room" at the least. Room service was good, and so was the breakfast. I would certainly go back and stay at this hotel.

Nice hotel near the Champs Elysees with easy access to the metro. Hotel was quiet, clean and pleasant. We were upgraded to a larger room without our asking for it. Breakfast buffet downstairs was American style with plenty of choices. Had cocktails in the lounge and we were the only customers there, which was very relaxing.

Allowed us to both check in early and check out late. The concierge in particular was extremely nice and helpful, helping us make restaurant reservations, and other recommendations and suggestions during our stay. We stayed in the Classic room, which is the smallest, and were very happy and comfortable.
