Nice room, very clean, all staff were very friendly and helpful. very comfy bed and powerful shower. continental breakfast was great. the only reason for 4 star was that it wasnt as big as we would have liked, but other than that no issues.

Room advertised as 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. It is not . It has queen bed and pull out sofa. A bit misleading . Also parking was supposed to be reserved up front but no option given. Luckily your front desk girl was helpful and got me spot

We liked how the staff made icecubes for us specifically. The hotel was a walkable distance to sites in Paris. The beds were so comfortable and amenities were appreciated.

Only real issue was that our room was not ready on time. Check in was 2pm and got into our room around 2:40pm normally wouldn’t be a big deal but we traveled all night so it was annoying. They did offer us free breakfast to make up for it which we did. All was amazing after that!

Incredible staff, Duarte in particular. He went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable. The lift was sadly out of order but Duarte and the team were helpful with storing the pram, ensuring we had rooms lower than planned and helping carry luggage. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be using again when we return next year!
