If you want to spend your money on the delights of Paris and not a five star hotel then this place is perfect. The rooms are clean but small. Extremely small, but we just needed somewhere quiet and safe to sleep and shower. I would recommend this place to friends and family and would stay again. Paris is expensive enough as it is without shelling out extra for a fancy hotel:

I almost don't want to tell people how great this place is, but it is so so wonderful. Can't beat the location!

I've stayed here twice and love this hotel. It's inexpensive but still has that European charm. It's convenient to the Metro (which we couldn't hear from the room) and easy to get to wherever you're going. The rooms and bathrooms are not large, but who spends much time in the room anyway?

Had breakfast daily. Rented portable hot spot from hotel. Overall good experience

The hotel is close to the Eiffel tower and the Metro. It is very easy to grab a meal as there are restaurants nearby. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

The Hotel Eiffel Seine has a great location within easy walking distances to the Seine and a lot of nearby tourist attractions plus several nice cafes on the same block. The rooms are extremely small but the beds are incredibly comfortable. We didn't get the breakfast in our room rate but we were very satisfied with the nearby cafe breakfast's to get us started every day.

Wonderful small hotel great location.very nice staff. Small but clean room

Great hotel. Great location, friendly staff, clean, comfortable and affordable. Highly recomended

The hotel was right next to the metro which we used to tour Paris. Around the corner was the Eiffle tower! The hotel was elegant and the staff was so helpful!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while visiting Paris on our European trip in June. This is a boutique hotel with good size rooms. I booked a queen size bed and it was very comfy. The hotel staff was very helpful and the location was excellent. We were walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and the Seine River. The Metro station was across the street for easy access to many sights! I would definitely recommend it.

great value for the money great location, my room super small however bathroom good size and great shower with good pressure and always hot water

The hotel lobby is quiet quaint and euro-like. The evening help desk/check-in staff were superb. Very helpful with phoning taxis and arranging for them to take you to the destination of your choice. Staff was helpful providing information regarding the bus tours and where to find grocery stores, etc. Now the room...very small if you have not stayed in this region. The room has minimal walking room around the bed. There is nothing wrong with that, but definitely threw me off guard. The room was clean, bathroom was fine. Very little storage place for luggage in the room. Lack of room space is probably why the room is priced a bit lower than surrounding area hotels. We basically only slept in the room so all worked out well for our 4 night stay. Hotel has a lot to see within walking distance as well as nicely located to ride a bus to major landmarks which truly are no longer than 10 minutes away from hotel (Norte Dame, Louvre, high end designer shops, river boat tours, and more).

While close to the Eiffel Tower, we got to experience a Parisian neighborhood feel. Enough local resturants and bistro's to eat at a different one each night. Suggest sharing meals, since portions were consistently large. Hotel staff was very friendly. Felt very secure in the neighborhood, day or night. Room was small but very adequate. Great rear courtyard view. Made for a very memorable trip. Would stay there again.

We do not travel often and do not speak French well, and this was the perfect hotel for us. The staff were our travel guides, recommending restaurants, sightseeing and tour facilities. The hotel location is perfectly situated for easy access to all transportation. Would definitely recommend.

Although the room is very small, like most hotels in Paris, it was still perfect! A few blocks (walking) from the Eiffel Tower an right acros the street from the metro. I fully enjoyed my 3night stay :)

nice, clean room. european standards, small. bistros close by. close to eiffel tower and metro station. staff was very helpful when needing directions. most of the staff spoke good english.

It was fairly priced. Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly..

This is an excellent hotel! The metro and RER systems are right outside the door and there are plenty of cafes within a couple of square blocks. The staff was also very accommodating and helpful. If I come back to Paris I will be looking to book here again.

The hotel staff was very friendly and didn't mind my poor attempts at speaking French. They were also very helpful with minor requests such as picking up extra rolls of TP or borrowing their silverware. The location is next to two rail lines and the Eiffel Tower. There are numerous cafes downstairs, and there are secure walk-in ATMs down the block. There's also a grocery store (Marche Franprix) on the same block and if you're up for a 10 min walk or 2 stops on the train, there's a larger department/grocery store called Monoprix (like a French version of Target). The room was clean. The space is definitely smaller than the American equivalent but we also learned that everything is smaller and tighter than what we're used to in America. Overall, I enjoyed staying there for our visit to Paris.

nice hotel, just not what i expected. You only get a little of everything, one cup of coffe, small towels, tiny room. I guess the room size is pretty standard in France. We walked by the Eiffel tower everytime, metro just accrossthe street.
