So yes, this hotel is not in the center of everything you want to see and do in Paris, which was perfect for us. It’s located a short walk from the Eiffel Tower but in a more quiet, residential area. Tons of small family owned restaurants in the area that were just lovely. We were given an accessible room which was lucky because it was much larger than the other reviews stated. The room had a patio out into the courtyard that was under construction (nearby building) but this was an excellent place for my husband to pop out for a smoke. The construction never bothered us as they didn’t start too early in the morning. The room was clean and the staff were all friendly. I did think it a bit odd that they asked for you to return your key each time you left the hotel. I do understand that they saw it as a safety feature, but wouldn’t it be less hassle for the staff as well as guests if they just used a generic looking key without the name of the hotel? Not really a complaint, just an observation. I feel that everything was wonderful and my only real complaint would be that the hair dryers are in need of upgrade. I couldn’t even use it because the first night it took me an hour to dry my hair.

I booked this hotel based on convenience, as I was able to use credit card points. I saw that the location looked nice and I read a bunch of positive reviews of the hotel, so I thought that it would be nice, albeit small. I DO NOT KNOW what these other people are thinking or talking about. This place is absurd. The rooms are TINY, but that's not even the worst part. I fully expected the room to be very small. First, we enter our room and discover that the AC doesn't work. We asked the front desk to come help - he literally poked at a couple of buttons, and told us to wait and that "maybe it will work by tomorrow." (It didn't). So we slept with the window open. At 7am we are awakened by literal jack hammers. Our room overlooked a "courtyard" that was under construction, which they failed to mention. And also for some reason didn't offer us a different rooom, which they could have bc so many were empty. Again, not yet the worst part. The room only had one outlet, and the bathroom was ridiculously small, with a joke of a "hair dryer" attached to the wall (not functional at all). The worst part BY FAR was the bed. This bed was literally only slightly larger than a twin. My husband and I did not sleep for one second, I kid you not. The mattress was of such poor quality that we sank toward each other in the middle of the bed. It was the most uncomfortable night of my life. The entire night I was awake thinking about how the first thing I would to the next day is check out and find a new hotel, which we did. And I haven't even started yet on the staff, or lack thereof. At any moment there is only one person working in the hotel. There is no cleaning staff on the weekend. And the lady who was in charge of "breakfast" was incredibly rude. I tried to get 2 coffees before we left, and she yelled at me and then insisted on my room number so that she could write it down and tried to charge me. You might be tempted by the promises of a good location (it's not that good, trust me, definitely not worth it), or claims that it's a "charming, boutique hotel." Don't trust any of it. Believe me, you do not want to stay here. We checked out as soon as we could and found a Marriott. I wasted all my credit card points on this hotel and of course received no refund, but I didn't even care because we HAD TO GET OUT OF THERE. Please do yourself a favor and do not trust any positive reviews. This place is a joke and not worth it (regardless of how cheap it is). If you want to sleep at all, do not book this hotel.

Stayed here for three nights when visited Paris. Single room with double bed witch was comfortable. Good windows gave no noise from the traffic. But quite noisy from other rooms and the corridor. But not really a problem. Good bathroom, fully equipped. Staff was helpful and friendly and speaking English. Would not recommend the coffees from the lobby bar, not warm, and not tasty. Free wifi worked good. Central, with a view to the Eiffel tower from bedroom. Enjoyed my stay, would recommend this hotel.

Terrible terrible service. Worst service hotel that I have ever been, and I have been to a lot. The concierge old man with glasses and partially bald, named Differnoud or something like that ( he wouldn’t show me his name), was ignorant, arrogant, and stubbornly refuse to admit his mistake. I was checking out on the Saturday morning on April 14 around 7:50, and I asked him to call a tax for me in 10 minutes to Airport. He confirmed and ask me if it’s CDG, and I said yes. I went to get some bread and came back in 10 minutes, Then I sit right in front of him on the couch. I saw couple taxi pass by in the next 15 minutes but none stopped, so I started to get worried. Finally, I asked him if my taxi is coming. He just casually answered, “No.” I couldn’t believe my ear, he said it like it’s most normal thing in the world and not a big deal. I was like, what? Excuse me?!! Didn’t I asked you 25 minutes ago to book me a taxi to airport? He just replied “yes, but taxi company didn’t answer the phone”. I was amazed and passed the point of madness!! That’s the most lamentable excuse I’ve ever heard!! And You could have told me 15 minutes ago and I can get an uber in 5 minutes. He said “I was busy”(!!??) busy at what?? Busy living or dying?? He was chatting to the house keeping lady and made couple phone calls. There was no customer for the entire time I was the only one in the lobby and sitting right in front of him!!! I was so mad and he wouldn’t even apologize for causing me almost missed my flight. You promised me to get me a tax in 10 minutes 25 minutes ago. You couldn’t do it and you wouldn’t even tell me and just let me wait in front of you until I check with you. And when I were mad about it you wouldn’t apologize and start to give me ridiculous excuses. I asked for your supervisor and write me your name, you refused both. Congratulation sir, you just won the title for being the worst service at hotel and probably most ashamed human being I have encountered in recent years. Totally not a honored and prided French culture I had in mind. To be fair, the lady helped me when checking in was good. By the way, I got an uber in 5 mins.

Lovely hotel 10 minutes walk from the eiffel tower, it can be seen if you stay in the front rooms of the hotel! Great staff, friendly and attentive who all made great effort to speak your language and many others we witnessed. Room was modern but on the smaller side( we believe this is the norm in Paris) It was still comfortable for 2 people. Free use of the safe was surprising for us as usually there is a fee and also the TV allowed you to mirrorcast to it so you can watch things from your phone which is great as there was also free WiFi in all of the hotel. If we ever come back to Paris I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We stayed here on our initial night in Paris after our flight from the States. We took the metro from CDG to the yellow line (it was closed but probably wont be for very long) and from there you could get on that line and be very close to the hotel (5 min walk). This hotel doesnt really have a view of the Eiffel but you dont need it with how close you are. The shower was rather large as compared to other hotels we stayed at and was modern. The beds were our most comfy on our trip. We also were dead tired but still. We didn't use the TV but there is one. Rooms were very affordable when we went in February. Also the front desk helped us a few times with directions and tips.

The hotel Eiffel St. Charles is a nice 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and it can be seen at night, from the hotel. The public transit and the Hop On Hop Off buses are also handy to the hotel. The rooms are small, clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are stores within 1 minute walk and very good bakeries and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Eiffel Saint Charles has very small rooms. It is quite far from Eiffel Tower and the walk can be very tiring. Location is far from the nearest metro station. Breakfast had limited choices. Staff very cold towards guests.

This is a well located hotel. The staff is friendly and willing to assist you. Rooms are small. 5-10 minutes walk from Eiffel Tower and metro station. A lot restaurants and cafes nearby. Thin walls, you could actually hear everything happening on other rooms around you.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel and very accessible by train and Buses. The location is very strategic with many restaurants, cafe, stores and shopping area near the hotel. Customer service is fantastic and Mohamed from the reception desk was very friendly!! actually all the staffs are! Hotel's standard is high and very clean.
