Stayed in February over Valentines Day. Best thing about hotel is location - extremely close to the eiffel tower and to metro stations that took us everywhere we needed to go. Takes just over an hour via public transport to get here from CDG airport. Rooms were spotlessly clean, bedroom isn't massive but we didn't mind. Large bathroom with great shower. Only downside would be the noise that came from both the street (we stayed in a room on rue saint-charles) and there was music played from the street until late into the late. Also, the hotel walls are extremely thin -you can hear everything that comes from the neighbouring rooms. However, overall I would recommend a stay in this hotel for a short visit to Paris
I couldn't find a better hotel than this one It's within walking distance to the train, to the Eiffel Tower It's clean, confortable plenty of water in the shower Has a towel warmer which I found very nice since it's super cold in Paris at this time of the year Everyone was very friendly and helpful Many restaurants around to have a beer or a cup of coffee Good food a lot of pastries Let's be realistic you are not gonna spend much time in the hotel You just need a comfortable, clean place to rest So for those that complaint about the rooms being small, yeah they are small but you don't need more, perfect for one or two persons I loved this place and definitely next time that visit Paris I will be Staying here for sure Thank you for making my stay a very pleasant one I asked for a late check out and I was lucky they granted it Amazing place amazing people
Located close to the Eiffel Tower, clean and safe. The bathroom is ideal, bedroom very pokey so made it difficult for 2 suitcases and a bit disappointed we didnt have Eiffel Tower views as we were on our Honeymoon so it would have been nice to be looked after. Breakfast is not worth 14 Euro's per person.
We stayed in the hotel 5 days in December and everything was fantastic. We could reserve a room from which you could see the Tour Eiffel by leaning over the banister in the windows. The room had an appropriate size for 2 people, the toilette was very big and comfortable (and amazing shower!). Everyone in the reception desk was a delight to talk to, always helpful and with a smile on their faces. The location is also great, just a few minutes walk to the Tour Eiffel and very close to metro stations. The neighborhood is quiet, with many options to have breakfast, meals and even shop. We would definitely choose Eiffel Saint Charles again in a next visit to Paris! Thanks to everyone in the staff!
We stayed at the Eiffel Saint Charles Hotel for 3 days prior to our Croisieurope Seine River cruise and 3 days after. This hotel is super convenient to all Paris attractions, including the river port, Metro and train stations. The hotel had a friendly and efficient staff, plus the best breakfast in France. Our room and bath were clean and pleasant.
Located close to the Metro station Birthday Hakeim. Has many restaurants and shops around. The hotel has stylish decor. Rooms are expectedly small but comfortable. Staff are efficient though not overly friendly.
Myself and a friend stayed at Eiffel Saint Charles for 3 nights at the beginning of December. The hotel itself was very clean, the staff were friendly and the location was absolutely fine for what we wanted. The hotel room itself was extremely small but we managed. Our only complaint is that we can not get over how thin the walls are. When I say you can hear EVERYTHING from your neighbouring rooms I really mean everything. I'm almost 100% certain it wasn't just one set of noisy neighbours as it was all the rooms around us that we could hear at different times! Neither of us got a full nights sleep the whole 3 days we were there due to noise from inside the hotel. I personally wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone on business trips or with children or if you're staying longer than a few days as it did effect our time in Paris when you've barely slept. I'm full aware there's not much that can be done about the thickness of the walls but maybe heavier duty doors would of helped etc.
We spent a long weekend in Paris and this was an ideal location for sightseeing and the Champs elysees christmas market. A 15 minute walk to the eiffel tower and a 10 minute walk to the nearest Metro station (Dupliex). A very short walk to the number 42 bus will take directly to Gard de Nord eurostar train station. The layout and decor of the whole hotel was excellent and there is an option to have breakfast each morning up to 10am (14 euros). Toiletries were left in the bathroom and clean towels each day. Very clean and tidy. Safe deposit box in each room at no extra cost. Mini bar available in fridge in each room. The staff were polite, courteous and extremely helpful and we're available 24 hours of the day to assist and suggest. Checking out is by midday and you can leave luggage in their locked office if you are not going home until later in the evening. Definitely would recommend for location, cleanliness and helpfulness.
Stayed here for 4 nights last week with my daughter. Had a room on the 3rd floor which had no view as it was at the back of the hotel but it was very quiet and we had lovely big Juliet balcony style windows in both the bedroom and bathroom. We found the room warm but were able to open these lovely windows to keep the room an ideal temperature for us. The room was small but had everything you needed except a tea tray which I know is not a standard item in most French hotels so not too dissapointed. The bathroom was excellent, a large room with bath and excellent shower overhead. the standard of cleanliness was superb. We had breakfast as a special deal with our room rate. There was a decent choice and an excellent coffee machine but I wouldn't have wanted to pay 14 euros for the breakfast. Staff at hotel vere all very pleasant and smiley! Very good location close to the Eiffel Tower and metro stations the closest one being Bir Hakiem less than 5 mins walk away and also 5 mins to the RER stop so easy to get around, Very safe area for 2 ladies on their own at night, lots of nice places to eat very close to hotel. Would reccommend this hotel and would be happy to stay again.
We were there for 3 nights. It's very central. Though you see the eiffel tower only from the bathroom window; but you are 10 minutes away from everything touristic in paris . The breakfast wasn't that great . You get fresh Croissants but cheese is from the box. Not many varieties. The breakfast room is very dark no Windows. Waiteress nice but chaotic. We had to wait 30 minutes till the buffet was again filled. The Reception is great , rooms was bit small , bathroom very clean. Room floor not that clean though. 3 Stars for location; reception and clean bathroom
