Diabolical, no toilet seat in any rooms apparently due to renovation, had to literally jump over the toilet to get into the shower. shower was probably a quarter of a square meter, tiny. horrible experience my next stay in paris was near gare du nord, was CHEAPER and they had toilet seats, free hot water, decent rooms. Worse than hotels in the supposed 3rd world.

Hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. However, the room was too small, hardly any space to move around. The single beds were made for children, couldn't even turn around without falling out. The bathroom was cramped, hardly any space between the toilet and the sink.

minimum 2 star hotel in good location

this was a very minimum 2 star hotel. almost every issue we discussed with the local desk clerks were ignored. on check out the desk clerk demanded another 18 euro for a special paris tax that was listed on the wall to be effective June and July only, and this was early april. I refused to pay this illegal tax.

The location was good but the Hôtel condition was disaster. The receptionists were very polite and friendly but the carpet can't be more dirty. Lots of noise and very smal shower. It doesn't have elevator

great place to sleep

the hotel was great for what we needed, a place to sleep. it looked just like the pictures. the only bad thing I will say is the shower, ours was messed up so the water wasn't coming out right just trickling out. and it would splash and cover the WHOLE bathroom!! so the shower was a 1/5. but the rest was decent and staff was nice. it's really close to both tolbaic and place d'italie metro. there's a great few bakeries and places to eat just around the first few blocks
