The property was safe and wuiet. Very helpful and friendly staff. Walking distance to shopping, dining and grocery. Train station was a 10 minute walk. Didnt realize that for maid service we had to reserve

This is my second time staying here. First time, I had gotten a studio room which was good. This time around, I got a 1 bedroom room. The room was dirty, the floor was covered in lint-type material, the shower handheld was broken—we weren’t able to keep it in place. I had also told the front desk about the shower issue, nothing was done about it. There was no housekeeping as well. What I liked about the hotel was that it is walking distance to a mall and luxury outlet—5 minute walk. It is a minute away from a yummy French bakery that always has a line out the door. It is also 15 or so minutes walking to Disneyland Paris.

If I would have wanted to sleep on a rediculoisly uncomfortable hydabed, I would have stayed at a friends house, not a hotel.

Loved the area, enjoyed the pool and great shuttle service to Disneyland.

This hotel was overbooked by the time we arrived. They provided us free room upgrade which was very nice of them. The location's very convenient, close to restaurants and the outlet mall. The hotel also provided free shuttle to Disney.

It was nice except mean staff who did not want to accommodate us properly, they should that to work in a hotel, you have to be very helpful.

The hotel is located just outside the Disney Park and down the street from some of their resorts. You have a free shuttle bus outside the lobby and a huge mall with a supermarket and plenty of restaurants down the street. We complemented our Paris trip with a two night stay here in a two bedroom apartment with a kitchenette. Since it was not our first visit to Disney we thought this would be a cheaper alternative and it worked out well. We took a train from Paris and then walked over to the hotel. Everyone was friendly and the apt was clean. We had breakfast included in the price so we did not use the kitchenette, except for snacks. Also, the consierge arranged for an affordable car service back to Charles DeGaule. If you are not interested in having meals with Mickey or the princesses, this is a great option for your family.

The rooms in this hotel are efficiency apts with a stove top, small fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There is no washer-drier, but you can dry your towels on the electronic towel rack/heater in the bathroom. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Disney (we traveled with our two children). It was easily accessible from downtown Paris by RER train. We walked from the station (Val d'Europe) and had no trouble finding it. There is a huge upscale mall down the street with a large food court and supermarket. The free bus to Disney runs until 12:15 am and it was only a 5 min. ride. You could walk there, too. The receptionist arranged for a car service back to the airport (CDG) for €75 (30 min drive). I would stay there again.

As all reviewers mentioned: they don't offer house keeping service. you have to pay for that and for changing the towels. I booked the biggest suite they have and it was not as big as expected. The negative side is that I noticed that the plates and other kitchen tools were not clean. Enjoy Disney :)

We stayed at Hipark Serris on business since we had a last minute cancellation of our hotel in Paris. The hotel was more than I expected for the low price, a very modern and updated hotel with very friendly staff. And it is a great location for driving into the city as needed, with plenty of parking available on the street. There is a gigantic shopping mall and a small assortment of average restaurants within walking distance, and of course Disneyland Paris is right there as well if that interests you. Being a budget hotel, the downsides are the (somewhat odd, I thought) extra costs for cleaning the room, changing sheets, extra towels or changing out towels, additional soap, shampoo, etc. Everything that comes with a normal hotel room seemed to come at a price here. But these things can be avoided, so no big deal. There is a small kitchen in each room, but good luck cooking much of anything. Though it is very nice to have a microwave, small refrigerator and a few utensils.
