Located on the 5th and last floor with elevator, the apartment includes :
- a sleeping area with a sofa bed (2 people)
- a functional shower room ;
- and a fully-equipped kitchen.

You'll particularly appreciate its bright, quiet setting.

During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: washing machine, fridge, Velux window with remote control, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.

Please note that the kitchen tap can be turned down to open the window.

The apartment is well laid out. It is located :
- 160 m from the "Grands Boulevards" metro station;
- close to bars, cafés and shops.

## Emplacement
Paris's 9th arrondissement is a pleasant place to visit and live. A shopping and leisure district, it may be a little less busy than Les Halles, but its population is more mature and diverse. With high-standard but affordable stores, restaurants and theaters everywhere, its neighborhoods are nevertheless distinct from one another. The south of the arrondissement, noisy and lively, and the territory of the Grands Boulevards and the Opéra Garnier. Magnificent architecture, courtyards and hidden streets. The north, meanwhile, takes you to Montmartre via the famous Pigalle.
