Enjoy an elegant, central 30 m2 flat in the heart of Paris 12. Well served by lines 6 & 8 of the Paris metro and by 4 different buses that take you all over the Ile de France. A stone's throw from the ACCOR ARENA in Bercy. Close to all amenities: cinemas, Parisian bars, hypermarkets, restaurants, shops, leisure park, zoo, markets, etc.

T2 flat on the 2nd floor with lift in a Parisian building dating from 1889, recently (June 2023) renovated inside. (stairwell, communal areas, building door and electricity supply).
The flat is equipped with a convertible sofa in the living room for two people and a double bed in the bedroom with a luxurious and comfortable mattress in natural latex, this accommodation can accommodate up to 3 people. Located in the centre of the 12th arrondissement, well served by transport (metro lines 6 and 8) which cross the whole of Paris from east to west and from north to south).
The flat is a stone's throw from Porte de Charenton, close to the tram line, which means that Paris Orly airport is just 12 minutes away by taking the Orly Bus from Stade Charlety station.
