The apartment was filthy! We contacted the host, and he just made excuses. We left the property and contacted VBRO to report the conditions of the apartment and request a refund. The host did not take their call, so we were told a full refund would be credited back to our payment method. I would not recommend this accommodation to worst enemy!

We stayed one night to be close to the train station to depart early the next morning. The apartment was clean, ground floor, had all the basics, bed was comfortable, and the apartment is in a lovely neighborhood. The owner was so helpful with check-in, having provided a very detailed explanation and pictures of the process to access the apartment. It’s not fancy, but you’ll be out and about all day so for a stay in this area I can recommend it.

Si j’avais pu mettre 0 pour l’accueil, je l’aurais fait. Logement supposĂ©ment disponible Ă  compter de 14h mais l’hĂŽte n’a envoyĂ© aucun courriel pour les infos d’entrĂ©e quand nous lui avons mentionnĂ© que nous Ă©tions en avance il nous a dit que le logement serait prĂȘt Ă  l’heure mentionnĂ©e la veille (soit 17h). Suite Ă  notre inquiĂ©tude pour notre arrivĂ©e, l’hĂŽte nous a dit qu’il serait prĂ©sent pour nous accueillir a 17h et il n’y avait personne et les infos furent disponibles 15 minutes avant l’heure d’arrivĂ©e via messagerie. La communication avec l’hĂŽte fut peu rĂ©active. Nous avons dĂ» attendre Ă  l’aĂ©roport pour au moins avoir l’adresse pour notre chauffeur Uber. Appartement trĂšs froid Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Nous avons dĂ» communiquer avec l’hĂŽte pour remettre un radiateur en fonction car le fusible avait Ă©tĂ© retirĂ©. PropretĂ© trĂšs dĂ©ficiente, poussiĂšre partout, chaussette sale retrouvĂ©e sur le chauffe serviette. Dans les photos, il y avait un lave linge mais Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, il n’y en avait pas. Drap du lit tachĂ© (blanc). Bref, hormis l’emplacement qui Ă©tait parfait, rien de bien Ă  dire relativement Ă  cet hĂ©bergement.

L’hĂŽte a annulĂ© une fois que nous Ă©tions arrivĂ©s dans le hall d’immeuble et l’avons appelĂ© pour lui dire que les clĂ©s n’étaient pas Ă  l’endroit indiquĂ©. Il s’est rendu compte qu’il avait louĂ© le logement Ă  d’autres personnes Ă©galement Ă  la mĂȘme date ! Nous nous sommes donc retrouvĂ©s aprĂšs 15h sans logement pour le soir mĂȘme
Nous attendons le remboursement par Abritel et un dĂ©dommagement pour avoir dĂ» trouver un logement en toute derniĂšre minute pour 4 personnes Ă  Paris et donc plus cher !!!

Bisognerebbe migliorare il servizio di pulizia e di cura negli oggetti della casa. L’appartamento era molto umido e il riscaldamento non funzionava. Metterei a disposizione piĂč servizi per la cura igienica della persona. Ottima la posizione e il prezzo.
