Very well located studio, in the heart of Paris, near the rue Etienne Marcel and the corner of the rue Montorgueil, 15m from the Grands Boulevards.
At the foot of the flat are many shops, cafes and restaurants.
This tastefully decorated flat will take you on a very pleasant journey to the heart of Parisian life.
Warm, bright, and very well equipped, you will find everything you need for a successful stay with your family, your partner or your friends.
This flat is located in the centre of Paris near rue Etienne Marcel and rue Montorgueil, very lively shopping streets, known for their numerous cafés and restaurants.
The flat is located at the corner of the Grands Boulevards

Studio of 21m on the 2nd floor (no lift) which includes :
- Living room with double bed and a very comfortable sofa bed for one person, 1 table with chairs, TV, Wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen (hotplates, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine with dryer)
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.

It is 900 metres from the Grevin Museum and 1.6 km from Galeries Lafayette and 1.5 km from Place de l'Opera.
The Musée des Arts et Métiers is only 450 metres away.
