This hotel made our first time in Paris an unforgettable one. The staff is very kind and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was amazing every morning. And the location near the Arc de Triumphe was perfect. Less crowded and a few minutes walk from the Champ Elysees. We can't wait to come back.

This Sofitel is a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of one of Paris' best neighborhoods. Easy access to many of Paris' main attractions, many of which are walkable to reach. Rooms were comfortable; bedding luxurious. However, the thing that sets this hotel apart is it's attention to service. I arrived 2 days early for a business trip in order to take in the sights. The front desk, restaurant and concierge staff all treated me like a celebrity. The concierge Elena was particularly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my trip was enjoyable and safe. Will definitely stay here again.

If you're looking to get a good night sleep after a full day of Parisian adventure then look no farther...Sofitel should be your hotel of choice. The location is so ideal, in the quiet part of Champs-Élysées and in a very decent neighborhood. It is a 5-minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Everything about this hotel is first class service. When we arrived, we felt welcomed right off the bat. It was 3 hours before the normal check in time but we we're accommodated right away. When we got back to our room that same evening, we we're surprised with macaroons...very nice touch :-). The whole team; from the front desk, the restaurant servers and even the cleaners, are very amiable and helpful. You'll feel right at home.

Very good hotel in a very nice location with very friendly staff , reception and timely service . The roooms are vert clean and reasonable size . The food served is of high quality although a little expensive .

The hotel staff alone made sure my vacation was perfect and that I always had a wonderful experience getting to know Paris! They were always kind and warm, and treated me like family. I visited Paris by myself, and every day Elena at the concierge desk would ask how my previous evening was, and what I wanted to do today. Then she would give me recommendations and a new list of where I could go, and then made reservations for me. I was worried about traveling alone; but with their help I never really felt alone.

I stay at this hotel anywhere from 4 to 10 times a year for work. It is very modern, clean and quiet. The service is decent. The front desk staff could make more of an effort to acknowledge guests waiting in line and serve them with priority. Other than that, they are very pleasant and helpful. If you're looking for space, note that the rooms are rather small. They also only have showers, which is a downside if you like to unwind in a nice bath. It would be nice if they would update the menu every once in a while. Some more low carb/paleo options would be nice or at least replacing rice, pasta and potatoes with a sufficient amount of non-root vegetables when a substitution is requested. Beware of the very high prices and very small portions. The breakfast buffet is very good though.

Everything about this hotel is amazing! The customer service was the best we received during our European vacation, the room was beautiful, and the location was very convenient for walking to the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysée. The bathrooms are a good size and include great Hermès products. It's on a side street so we didn't have any issues with noise. The breakfast is a little pricey, so probably worth skipping. However, I highly recommend getting the room service hamburger. I know it's cliche for an American, but it really is delicious. Overall, I would say stay here if you can afford it. It's worth every penny.

Pros: Great location, friendly staff given a brief tour around hotel upon arrival, definitely reaches a Sofitel standard with nice accessories, bed is super comfortable Cons: room is smaller than expected and it seems that there isn't much difference for two room types, the balcony is tiny.

Remember the song, “April in Paris”? Well, we have just the charming place that gets you in that mood. Have a run to the Sofitel Paris Arc de Triumphe for a three day romantic weekend which is just a hop, skip and a jump from some must see sites. One feels safe and welcome from the get go. We gladly accepted help from Luis, the courteous hotel porter, with getting off our motorcycle taxis on arrival. We received a lovely welcome with smiles entering the lobby. Amine, the eager customer relations manager, catered to our every need. He was a sound accomplice helping with a surprise for our English speaking friends whom we met up with. We were able to check in early Friday afternoon to our Junior Suite on the third floor which was not too big, not too small, just the right size. The room was designed in a circular fashion to create harmony with an earth tone colour scheme. The bed was not too hard, not too soft, just the right firmness. The sheets were clean and crisp. We got a good night’s sleep. That was partially thanks to Johan, our inventive bar tender, who graciously concocted our night caps in the hotel bar (exotic fruit juices and rum from the French islands). Saturday evening, we were delighted to find six colourful, delicious complimentary macaroons (not too sweet) crafted by Sophie, the hotel’s talented pastry cook. Pierre and I arm-wrestled for the last one. We ended up sharing it. The next morning Stanislas, our pleasant waiter, took care of us at breakfast in the dining area, Les Cocottes. How could he tell that we needed a detox Rooibos tea? I joked with him about the hair of the dog that bit me, asking if it was a shot of rum. He laughed and eagerly helped me trick our friends again. Pierre treated himself to the buffet and I was pampered, kindly served at table. We highly recommend this five star luxury hotel from check-in to check-out! What are you waiting for? Indulge yourselves!

We originally choose the Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe hotel because its location was really close to the starting and finish lines of the “the Schneider Electric Marathon de Paris 2017”. However, after staying at the hotel during this trip there is no doubt that we will be staying at the Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe the next time we visit Paris. The staff was extremely courteous and professional, the hotel and its rooms are beautiful, well-kept and extremely clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed eating at the "les cocottes arc de Triomphe Christian Constant" restaurant that is located in the hotel. We are extremely happy with our decision to stay at the Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe.
