Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe5.0 out of 5.0

For a Paris hotel, they are quite spacious, very clean, well located and friendly staff. They are helpful with guides to the city and restaurants. So id definitely recommend them. As long as you avoid room service for dinner or lunch. The quality of food tends to ruin your trip, even if they removed the bill from our final hotel bill. The food was so bad that I think it’s only fair to mention “think twice” before you order room service.
We had great service and Good time, the location is very central and same time quite, for shopping which is must, we did not have time as we were on business trip, but for champion league game of PSG, we had some free time and the concierge has arrange top ticket 24 hours before the game. Do not forget to try the diner in their top restaurant, breakfast and dinner is must. It’s top hotel for Paris
My first trip to Paris and I couldn't have picked a better place to have a birthday and get engaged. Amelie the Guest Relations Manager helped make this a very memorable stay. She was very attentive in making everything perfect. The hotel is in a great location. The concierge was so helpful in finding us good restaurants off the beaten path.
I am personally a big fan of the Sofitel brand. I stayed here for a long weekend with my girlfriend and nothing was a problem. Smooth check in/check out. Junior Suite was a great choice, couldn't here any noise from the corridor and with a great view from the balcony this is a great option. Only slight issue was room service for the evening meal wasn't fantastic and a lack of choice for the breakfast service. Wasn't as good as previous Sofitel hotels ive stayed at before. But overall, great walking distance from Champ de Elys + Arc De Triomphe. Great Parisian experience. Thanks!
We were very pleased with the Arc de Triomphe Sofitel, especially the attention provided by the concierges. Everyone was very professional and attentive. We would definitely stay there again. Location was convenient to major attractions.
I stayed in the hotel for over a week the staff were very helpful and accommodating They are cheerfull and welcoming for adults , kids and babies, The rooms were very beautiful and organized and I particularly liked the small welcoming bag for my toddler she was happy with it .
The Sofitel Arc de Triomphe was the perfect starting point for our European Vacation. The hotel was recommended by our Costco travel agent and our experience could not have been better. This elegant hotel is staffed by the most professional team we encountered in all of the seven cities we visited. Classy, convenient, attentive and a pure joy to experience. Should you have the privilege of staying at the Sofitel Arc de Triomphe, you will not be disappointed.
We are accor platinum so staying at sofitel is reasonable. Yet this hotel is nicely located and we stay here often. Nice breakfast. Though didnt like food we had for lunch. Rooms are small but have all u need.
The Sofitel Arc de Triomphe is in a class above all others. Not only is it an exceptionally beautiful hotel, in a perfect location, but the staff must undoubtedly be the most charming, friendly, professional staff we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for this wonderful team. Reception team, concierges, bar staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping staff are definitely in a class of their own, maintaining the friendly, welcoming, and professional ambience that sets this hotel apart from all others. Breakfasts and dinners in Les Cocottes were delicious, with a very varied selection of dishes. Cannot wait to return.
I write this review 10 days after my stay which was filled with problems, all of which were signalled to the hotel's staff and guest experience team. To this day I am still waiting for a corporate response from Accor as regards faulty allocation of points. Their customer service is unreachable via their own website, via Twitter and via hotel's direct email. I am an Accor Platinum member spending large amounts of money with the brand and am invisible when things go wrong. I have already made the decision to switch my future hotel spend (30+ nights per year) to competing chains, all down to lackadaisical, non-responsive customer service.
