The Sofitel Arc de Triomphe is ideally located a few street back from the Champs-Élysées and a two to three minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Two metro stations are also a few minutes from the hotel. The hotel is modern and comfortable. Our room which was on the 7th floor was exceptionally quiet, spotless and very well presented. The staff of the hotel during our stay were wonderful, engaging and friendly and make the Hotel an outstanding place to stay. My wife and I will return on our next trip to Paris.

I love this hotel. It has been my fourth time now, and i will continue to come back. Great location, impeccable rooms (yes they are small, but you're in paris!), but the key of this hotel is its staff. One of the concierges (a lady) i am just in love with. Every request she handles timely, solidly and always with a beautiful smile. The rest of the staff is also up to that level with service. Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe, keep it up! Will recommend to others for sure!

Best location, courteous team, clean, the rooms are spacious with all the amenities, luxurious. A bit on the expensive side but worth it. The breakfast had variety, just that if you required any omelette then you had to pay for it. Not sure why this is being done.

Modern hotel with an excellent location. Only a couple of blocks off the Champs-Elysees yet very quiet. The staff was very helpful and made our stay extremely enjoyable. A little pricey but we would definitely staff here again.

Visit August 7 thru 10. 2017. Very friendly service in lobby and restaurant. The room was very clean, spacey and quiet. Very nice bathroom with awesome shower. Not a great view but a very good location near the Arc de Triomph and the Champs Elysees. The Eifel Tower and the Seine are within 30 to 40 minutes walking distance. A Metro station is within 5 minutes walking. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Mont Martre is only 3 metro stops away. This hotel is in a typical Paris building, somewhat old on the outside, but very modern on the inside. I highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I were really happy with our stay at Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe. The staff had been very attentive and helpful throughout our week-long stay at this hotel. Breakfast was tasty and the selection was decent. We stayed in a Jr. Suite with balcony and the room was spacious and comfortable. It is located only 5 minutes walk from the happenings and the Metro, but not too close to the crowd so that you'll get some peace and sleep at the end of the day. We also had dinner one night at Les Cocottes Restaurant and the food was amazing and reasonably priced. Overall a good experience.

I stayed 10 nights in this hotel. It is located near Champs Elysees ( 8 mins walk) The food is healthy and tasty at their restaurant les Cocottes . However breakfast could be more diversified . When i arrived, i did not like my room because it was situated at a lower floor. They accepted quickly to change it to a higher level. The concierge are very good and helpful. The fitness room is well equipped. Overall it was a nice stay. I recommend this Hotel.

My wife and I are very glad that we selected the Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe for our week-long stay in Paris. From the warm reception we received from Amelie upon arrival to the best wishes or our safe trip home upon departure, the staff treated us as special guests. Our guest room was small by American standards but well designed and well equipped. The Nespresso machine was great and the walk-in shower a delight after a long day touring. Our package included the buffet breakfast which was amazing. It definitely could prove hazardous to one’s waistline. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The location on the quiet Rue Beaujon was very convenient to the Charles de Gaulle- Etoile metro station and close to the Champs-Elysées. When (not if) we return to Paris, we would be pleased to stay here again.

Summary: Fine hotel (if you get a good rate), but not "5 Star" in my book. My husband and I were really excited to stay here - his company was putting us up for the night as he was traveling for business. He arrived around 10am and checked in - they told him a room wasnt ready for another hour or so. (Hotel was informed of early arrival) So he walked around and came back. They told him it'd be a few more minutes. He is very patient so he sat in the lobby. No one came over to update him, 20 minutes later - he went over - room was still not ready. Finally when he checked again, they took him to the room. So far - not a great experience. The room itself was fine, but not what I personally would expect from 5 stars. The service was ok, but again, not 5 star service. I've stayed in a range of hotels in my life, and when I'm at one like this there are certain things I expect - some sort of welcome beverage in the lobby (tea was only sometimes out and usually empty), attentive staff (meh), and nice touches in the room (Hermes shampoo was the only one of note). Granted, the hotel is perfectly fine but given the price/star rating, it's sub par. Location - good and central, but I preferred when we stayed in the 6th area later on in our trip (more things you can walk to)

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe last week for an anniversary trip. The hotel staff was warm and welcoming, the room was reasonably sized with a comfortable bed and an awesome shower, and the hotel was less than five minutes from the Arc de Triomphe and CDG/Etoile metro station. On top of all this, the whole hotel just *smelled* amazing. Our package (booked through Costco Travel) included an excellent free breakfast, which included eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, mushrooms, cold cuts, cheeses, breads, pastries, fresh-squeezed juices, and coffee/tea/hot chocolate. We let them know it was our anniversary when we booked and were surprised with a pastry in our room as a special treat. My only complaint about the hotel isn't its fault -- it was mine for not researching neighborhoods more. I would have preferred to stay in a more residential neighborhood with more shops/restaurants right outside the door. But that's a minor quibble and nothing against the hotel itself. Thank you for a lovely stay!
