Nice hotel with good location and price. Friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. The wifi isn't the greatest though. Also, the breakfast seems a bit average. Would recommend you to eat at any local place nearby instead.
Great stay! The staff was phenomenal. Very helpful and spoke good English. Ordered cabs for us when asked. Breakfast was also very good. Rooms were small but clean and perfect for our 3 day stay. Good area, close to attractions
We had a good stay. Very helpful staff, especially Pierre and the associates who helped us during our breakfast. Housekeeping can be improved. On one of the days the room service was not done. Breakfast can be improved, on all the three days the spread was the same. It will be suitable to have more options for vegetarians.
This little boutique style is definitely worth another stay & another & another! Great location- easily walking distance to metro near Arc & Champs. The hotel is very clean w old world charm. Rooms are small like most are in Europe - beds are great as well as a large bathroom. The blackout curtains are fabulous! Clean and very quiet hotel in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Phillip @ front desk was super helpful & spoke English well as did other staff. But he was a "star" indeed. Called us taxis, gave excellent directions & recommendations.Croissants, juice & coffee were always in foyer for those of us who missed breakfast. I'm always staying there from now on. Restaurants, bars & shops in abundance. The hotel made my trip truly great.
Nice clean hotel, great location close to all major attraction & close to metro stations and nice restaurants would recommand to friends, value for money., English speaking staff who were very helpfull
Loved this hotel! Will def return loved mirrored doors but if you can add a full length mirror for checking outfit and make up etc would make our room really perfect ! Nice find super location and great value
I think several people are extraordinary in this hotel. I will start with Ahmed, Kabul who arranges the breakfast in the morning--he is simply exemplary, greatly calm and a great human being. I have seen him going out of his way to help if needed. Never has a concern in his face. Ahmed should be seen as an assett to your institution. Another person and all of them in the front desk--mostly Farid, Prasanna and Madam---they are each are great. Farid also helps tremendously all customers. Prassnna was great is giving directions and getting me know the city and Madam was great in helping with internet connections when things were not working for one night. I think this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Europe.I thank each one of you, to have this great service. I consider if possible, when I am back myself with family, I will stay back in your hotel.
The way I figure it, many of these small Paris hotels were built in a time when the "facilities" were installed one to a floor. Later, when customers wanted a full bathroom with each sleeping room, the baths were put into the already-small rooms. Now, we get very small rooms with an awkward bathroom. That seems to be the situation at this hotel (which is not on the Champs Elysee). Except for smallness, the room was OK when we stayed there recently. It was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff were good at their jobs. Location is great, transportation is not far away and the neighborhood is pleasant with restaurants nearby.
The room was amazingly small for two people. Also, the morning breakfast staff were some of the most rude, unhappy people I ever met. Perfect example- one morning I kindly asked for more coffee and the waiter's response was "well, you just had some." TOTALLY the wrong response on so many different levels. I won't bother to go any farther, you can make your own judgment on that one. Also, the room cleaning staff did not refill the empty bath soap or toilet paper, TOILET PAPER. Come on, people, you saw that it was virtually finished.
A cozy spot in great location, helpful at reception however staff could convey a lot more warmth and genuine hospitality. The evening duty manager was quite terse on two occasions unfortunately. And on another day the cleaners forgot to clean our room which was disappointing. It was very close to transport and in a cute neighbourhood. The room was generally well presented and clean.
