For a 4 star rating, this hotel is disappointing. Dirty carpet in the hallways, staff did not leave coffee pods for machine in the room for 3 of the 5 nights we stayed there, just not the level one would expect of a 4 star hotel. Also, the toilet room has no ventilation and the overall size of the room barely allowed for a suitcase to be open. On the positive side, some staff were nice and courteous, and location was good, just across the street from the Metro entrance. Good shower, good water pressure, good towel warmer and nice thick towels.

There are shops near by. The RER B is 5 minutes away. Theat train goes to the airport and Gare du Nord. It also has the metro 4 and 6 right across the street. There are plenty of places to eat close by. Everywhere we wanted to go was 20 minutes tops.

We had to clean the room when we arrived. There was hair on the floor, the floors were sticky and smelt like pee. We were only there for 2 nights, but any longer we wouldn’t have put up with that. Location is far from center city but close to metro.

The area around hotel is perfect. Places to eat and cafes! Easy access to the train. Very safe. Showers were very tiny. Rooms small. Very small elevator fits maybe 2. But all in all great location and clean rooms. Room service daily was great!
