Location is wonderful. Laundry is great but do have to negotiate a small circular stairway which is tricky if you are older. communication with staff good with checkin and i was able to check in early. however the shower was over a high walled bath and a little difficult also for an older person

This place was wonderful - a seamless experience. Easy self check in. The bed was comfy, shower was nice, soaps provided, even coffee pods and other kitchen basics. Air conditioner worked great. Location was fantastic in a great neighborhood. Even had a place to put our luggage on site when we had a night time flight the day of our check out. That was super convenient.
