This apartment calm and without overlooking located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), refurbished, consists of a living space of 55 sq. m and includes :

- a bedroom with double bed,
- an open well-equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge),
- a bathroom with shower and bathtub,
