Excellent location and charming apartment

The apartment was in a perfect location. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Loved the little courtyard. The apartment faces into the locked courtyard so it is very quiet. Easy access to metro and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Traveling with a friend so 2 bathrooms were amazing! Would definitely stay here again.

Large apartment, great location

We enjoyed our stay in Evan’s very large and comfortable apartment. It is in a great location in the 11th with great restaurants nearby. It is very quiet and well provisioned with everything we needed for a perfect few days in Paris.

Great location!

Abbiamo tracorso una settimana in 4 in questo spazioso e confortevole appartamento situato in un caratteristico e silenzioso "passage", con laboratori di arigiani e abitazioni,vicinissimo a due fermate della metro, Breguet-Sabin e Bastille. Premesso che il rapporto qualità prezzo credo sia imbattibile, suggerirei qualche piccolo miglioramento come l'aggiunta di un attaccapanni nelle stanze da letto e di un portasciugamani in bagno e, magari, una posizione più confortevole per il microonde.
