While in a convenient location from the port, there was significant mold in our room and on our mattress. The room was full of mosquitoes. Would also reconsider if you’re a light sleeper, because the restaurant can be loud late at night.

No geral, foi quase tudo. Ar Condicionado caia a energia de duas em duas horas. Café da manhã bem fraco, quase sem opção, moscas a todo tempo. Pessoal da pousada até tenta, mas estão bem perdidos com o atendimento. Não tem equipe para manutenção, uma noite sem ar condicionado, passamos a noite sofrendo no calor, desumano. Não recomendo. Não voltarei.

O atendimento dos colaboradores foi excelente, sempre atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar, o que fez bastante diferença na estadia. No entanto, tivemos alguns pontos negativos em relação ao quarto. O espaço é bem pequeno, a limpeza deixou a desejar (encontramos baratas e o banheiro não estava bem higienizado). O box do chuveiro estava em más condições, difícil de fechar, fazendo bastante barulho e com aparência suja. Além disso, houve dificuldades durante os banhos: em algumas ocasiões não saía água do chuveiro e, quando funcionava, demorava cerca de 2 a 3 minutos para aquecer, o que tornou a experiência estressante em vez de relaxante. O café da manhã também poderia ser melhorado, pois oferece poucas opções, muito simples para o que esperávamos.

Lugar incrivelmente maravilhoso, com uma paisagem de tirar o fôlego, bem localizado, próximo ao píer de embarque, café bom, no almoço o valor por pessoa é ok, com opções variadas, próximo a trilha da gruta da encantada e vários barzinhos pra curtir a noite, no check-in o único problema que tive, foi a entrega do quarto, que por um motivo humano, teve uma leve “confusãozinho” com as meninas da limpeza, que acreditavam ter limpado o quarto e se confundiram e nos mandaram pra um quarto sujo, com areia na cama e chão, o frigobar realmente estava sujo, com mofo e tudo, mas solicitei a troca do quarto e fui prontamente atendido, fomos pra um quarto limpinho e cheiroso, tudo perfeito, a recepção ainda foi bem legal e nos receber antes do horário do check-in, 3 hs antes, gratidão, no geral foi tudo incrível.

Pousada que seria considerada ruim em muitos lugares do Brasil, mas quem frequenta a Ilha do Mel tem uma tolerância muito maior nas avaliações, o que não é justificável, pois fica a 10 minutos da costa, diferente de Noronha, por exemplo. Deveria ter muito mais capricho e bom acabamento. Comida ruim também. Minha esposa pediu um pão com tomate e queijo e veio um pão mole e borrachudo, não dava para comer. Pela manhã faltou água no nosso banheiro, não dava nem para escovar os dentes.

A pousada é boa, contudo necessita de maior organização para atender os clientes. Tivemos problemas logo após o check in. Ocorreu troca de quartos por três vezes, sendo que na última realocaram nossos pertences no quarto em que ficamos, sem nosso conhecimento e consentimento. Além disso, quarto estava cheirando tinta, sem a televisão instalada (o que foi feito posteriormente após nossa chegada e sem configura-la impossibilitando o uso desta). E por fim, outro aspecto que nos causou indignação foi a manutenção do telhado, realizada em pleno domingo antes das 08 horas.

Pra nos foi excelente, a unica coisa a reclamar é a posiçao do split de ar condicionado, bem em cima do beliche, impedindo o uso a noite pra dormir, pois nosso filho durmia na parte superior do beliche. No resto tudo 100%, lugar incrivel, ilha lindissima, Beira mar, praia otima pra crianças, rasa, limpa, Tudo em frente, mercado ao lado.

Decepcionada, fotos são diferentes do real !

QUARTO: o quarto é muito diferente das fotos: fiação toda solta, colchão duro. Nao tinha um lugar para pendurar uma camiseta sequer, pois nem cabide tinha. BANHEIRO: chuveiro horrível (boca muito pequena e vazão de água lenta). Tomadas: no quarto só tem uma tomada para carregar o celular (pois a outra era do frigobar) e outra tomada no banheiro. CAFÉ: pouca opção, tinham moscas nos bolos, pois nao tinha nada cobrindo. Fiquei decepcionada com o quarto!! lembra coisa velha.
