Located just a short walk from two Blue Flag sandy beaches and all amenities , this two bedroom townhouse situated on a 5-Star luxury resort in Kapparis is the ideal family holiday residence.



The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable double sofa bed, dining table, guest WC and ample living space opening out into a spacious garden patio with a BBQ. Both bedrooms offer a double bed and are generous in size with a family sized bathroom.



The guests enjoy free access to all the facilities available on the resort which include a fitness centre, tennis courts, two communal swimming pools, pool bar, children's pool and play area. The resort offers private gated access and each apartment and townhouse has designated parking.



The nearest beach just 500 meters from the villa is Malama Beach, a picturesque Blue Flag beach with white sand and crystal clear blue waters. A short walk through the resort will bring you to the local facilities and amenities of Kapparis, including shops, banks, bars, restaurants and tavernas, and sandy beaches offering all kinds of water-sports.

Big and well equipped kitchen, barbecue zone was super-good. Overall the house is great and thank you for welcoming us! We really enjoyed our stay. There was no sheet and blanket for the couch. It would be nice also to have beach towels.

Gorgeous Courtyard

The interior of this house is clean, updated, and compact. But the back patio/courtyard receives all the five stars. Wow! We spent lots of time out there. We even made fresh lemonade with lemons from the trees in the backyard! We are currently missing this lovely back patio area! The outdoor shower was absolutely perfect after our beach trips. My suggestion for property management: a few extra bath towels and the addition of some wash clothes would be ideal. My advice for guests: use the Google map coordinates provided in the email you receive prior to arrival! Also, we are a family of four. I'm not sure six people would be comfortable ... unless four of the six are children.
