Great family trip!

It was our first time booking with Vacation candy and everything went smoothly. The resort had our booking and our room was ready and clean. Would definitely recommend booking through vacation candy.

Nice place to stay in Atlantis

Place is as exactly as described with full access to water park. Atlantis is almost too big , we’re certain that there are large parts we never saw. Nice vacation.

On property pool and bar is great. The room was not great. The room smelled like mildew. AC unit quit working on the last night. The beds and pillows may have been there since it opened. Pillows are the worse thing ever. I have never had my back and neck hurt so much in the morning.

Great Family Trip!

We surprised my three kids with a trip to Atlantis last June. We had a fabulous trip. With the five of us, it was great to have a little more room to spread out at the Harborside. We also loved having a kitchen and a quieter pool away from the chaos of the Atlantis. It was a hike to get to the Atlantis (maybe a 15 minute walk), but it was totally worth the extra space.

The property was in excellent condition. The 2 bedroom suite we stayed in was perfect for a family of 5 and included a kitchen and 3 full bathrooms. We loved staying on the La Pacifica side, closest to the quieter pool and fitness center. The fitness center has spectacular views and nice amenities, including outdoor workout equipment. How cool to watch whales during a workout! The pools were all clean with comfortable, padded chairs. It was easy to get reservations at restaurants, even during spring break. The hotel staff is accommodating and helpful when it comes to information about leaving the resort to check out the cities. The beach is great for kids, with a swimming area protected by a natural break wall. Overall our trip exceeded our expectations and we will return.

Harborside resort very good!

Th pool nat the resort is good, restaurant is nice. Shuttles come frequently to other Atlantis places. Overall food is expensive at Atlantis - so we used kitchen/got groceries. Bigger harborside rooms (@BR +) are all harbor facing (no beech or marina facing). Staff friendly!

Harborside Villas at Atlantis

We had previously stayed in one of the Tower condos at Atlantis but wanted to try a Villa to have more room for our family of four. We absolutely LOVED our 2br/2bath Villa. Very large bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and full kitchen with washer and dryer. It had all the comforts of home while still being in a great location, very quick and easy to get anywhere at Atlantis via a short walk or the Atlantis buses that run every 15 minutes. We will never do anything else when visiting Atlantis again in the future.

Bahamas…Oh Ya!

The most incredible sand beaches and clear, multi-blue water I’ve ever seen. The temperatures were consistently hot all week long. You’d wake up to 24 Celsius, mid day hit 28 Celsius and the evening cooled down to 26 Celsius. Throw in 80 percent humidity and boy it’s HOT!! Harbourside Resort gave us easy walking access to the Atlantis property for pools, waterslides and beaches. We walked over the bridge into Nassau and explored historical sites, shopping, John Watling Rum Distillery and the Fish Fry. We had a great family trip and would definitely recommend.

Great resort - bad government

Love the Bahamas - especially Atlantis. It's crazy expensive but you know that going in. This past year the government decide that it wanted to suck more money out of tourist so they now added a 7.5% VAT tax to every purchase. That is on top of the automatic 15% gratuity that Atlantis adds. It's ridiculous so I have no intentions of going back. The Harborside Resort is a great option for families!

We absolutely loved having a kitchen with full size refrigerators and stove to make food. Our place was very, clean great location. We stopped at a grocery store before going over bridge to our place. Unfortunately our place had not been cleaned despite us arriving at 4:10. We were told that check in starts at 4:00. After an hour and our room not ready we complained as we had meat and freezer stuff. The manager then put us into a different room that was ready. The new room was great. The pool by Harborside was awesome. Every day we ended up at it and it was much less busy. At night everyone goes to the shops and restaurants by Harborside which is just a short walk. I would still stay here again but would call in advance to check about room being ready before shopping.
