Customer service man wasn't thrilled for our arrival or interactive as well with us. The bed was not comfy. Place seemed kinda sketchy and room was not clean. It was pretty gross and things were being held up with duct tape. Crazy. We will not stay here again.

Bed board had lots of dust bunnies. Otherwise fairly clean. Lighting is poor. The wall heater works fine but is super noisy. Not really a fan of hard wood floors. The parking lot has to be fixed. Get rid of the stalls where cars can park in a row, facing Hwy12 and perpendicular to all the other cars parked in normal stalls facing the building. It’s a ridiculous arrangement and makes everyone have to perform an 8 point parking maneuver just to get out ! The staff is efficient but could be more friendly. Not too helpful with typical questions that a tourist might ask.Hot water is good. Toilet works well. Figure out a TV service that allows access to free YouTube. The options on the TV are poor. Overall, lots of things could be improved but it’s a fair place and relatively quiet.

I rarely leave negative reviews. However, this hotel does not deserve even one star. The front desk staff showed no professionalism or courtesy—they did not greet guests or say thank you, and spent most of the time on speakerphone having a personal conversation. The room was unpleasant and uncomfortable to stay in. It seems the hotel relies on being the cheapest option near Bryce Canyon, assuming guests will come regardless of service quality. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Terrible service.

It was good hotel at this rate . Everything was clean and they offered free Coffee and Tea at the front desk. The problem was regarding heater which eventually not fixed properly and the outside temperature was freezing.
