The staff was a little odd and they took a picture of my credit card and ID even tho I paid beforehand online so I’m a little concerned. The room was also dirty so we didn’t end up staying there and left without being able to get a refund. I seriously am concerned about them taking a picture of my cards when I asked not too, they just ignored my request

We do not have heat. The only heat source is a small wall space heater. It’s 25 degree Fahrenheit outside . It’s supposed to get down to 20 tonight. This is miserable and the thought of checking out to find another place is miserable when you think about packing and reloading the car.

the room had hair EVERYWHERE - bed sheets, walls, even the towels. we could not stay the night as the management did not think the hair was an issue, and in fact showed up with a lint roller to remove it, as if that qualifies as cleaning. shocking disregard for cleanliness, as if bedding changes are not a requirement for a hotel... do not stay here

Check-in man was nice. Office was gross and the room was even grosser. Heater doesn’t work in the room so there’s a mini heater sitting on the bedside stand. Hairs and tiny dead bugs in the sheets. We left.

Closely located to Bryce Canyon and Red Canyon park entrances. Older property that’s in good shape. A separate heater warmed the room before I entered which was appreciated because it was very cold that night. Plenty of hot water available. Quiet and easy parking.
