it is an old motel, but the room was spacious, parking easy, and price good.
I've stayed at this property before, and it's always clean and convenient to walking downtown for a bite to eat or stretch your legs after driving. I would stay here again.
Very clean and inexpensive. Good location. But...bad bed, leaky shower, door to bathroom wouldn't close, outside door had to be slammed to close, short in a lamp wire, no towel bar by sink, no shampoo/conditioner. A little maintenance/care and it would be fine...
Ok, but hard bed and pillows
Stayed in two spacious rooms on different nights. One was more redone than the other but both were adequate for brief status from which to visit Bryce Canyon National Park. Both rooms were clean. The only problem was that both rooms, both far from the office and next door had unreliable Wi-Fi. Recommend for a brief stay.

Staff very friendly, suggestions for dining were very helpful . Room was newly renovated , cable box was disconnected but my husband reconnected it . The price was excellent! Would definitely stay here again!

WHAT A BARGAIN!! For the price you pay for this motel it far exceeded all my expectations. I travel a lot and I would consider this stay a true bargain. It harkens back to a time of affordable motels. Not to mention the staff was great and it is close to everything!!
There are a lot of motels in this town and we are glad we picked this one. The price was reasonable and we had everything we needed for a good nights sleep. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would stay again.

My room was very quite. There was no road noise from the highway in front. Room had everything i needed for the night. Easy check-in and i was out early the next day. Very handy for a tired traveler.
Quick trip so we just spent the night and were gone early but the room was pleasant, not necessarily really quiet tho. Beds were ok

Older 1960s-style motel but in better condition than many old motels. Our room had new carpeting. Friendly and helpful staff. Very low rate for being so near Bryce Canyon. Basic place to stay if just looking for a place to sleep and shower and head out the next morning.
have nothing to add. The place was nice. The clerk at check-in was outstanding. He recommended local restaurants as well as things to do at Bryce Canyon National Park.

I like that the ac is not noisy. There no counter top for the microwave. Over all the room i got is good for the price.
I got what I paid for. The hotel needs significant updates; the fan was noisy; toilets and sink looked not clean enough. There is no breakfast. The WiFi was not stable. The only bright spot is the price. It is hard to find any below $80.
