Hotel was not we were expecting from Hampton at Hilton.Musty odor ,bathroom unclean.Breakfast was also only kind of one whitebread fruits almost nonexistent, no breakfast teas . Very poor.

Primera noche y encontramos cucarachas en la habitacion , pedi el cambio y me indicaron que de manana. Desayuno muy pobre , y en el lobby desayunador con estupor de los huespedes . Muy mala higiene , pobre servicio de desayuno , incapacidad resolutiva de front desk. No lo recomiendo

Check in line , too long and slow, 15 minutes -no fridge, -no courtesy water, -no coffee maker, -not a single glass -poor breakfast, ony small bottle of water, tiny croisant with jam, apple juice, 1 banana,. that´s all. -saw a small coakroach in the bathroom. dissapointing
Corridor carpets needed shampooing. pool was great. Staff very helpful.
Room was as anticipated - basic. Our queen beds were very comfortable, great shower! We selected this hotel specifically for a refrigerator. Note: we did not inquire about this missing amenity due to our assumption it was due to pandemic restrictions.

We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip. We had no hot water the first night so I clarified that this was an isolated incident upon checkout and was promised that it was. I would have changed hotels had this been the norm. We checked in again for our final night and again had no hot water. Major disappointment with hotel staff doing nothing about it. The staff were generally friendly and the breakfast was good. Location was only fair.
Location is ok, But service is bad. Asked for extra pillow and blanket. Either not come or come with empty hands and ask what we want. Don't know if they don't know english or what. After a few attempt, they just get rude and I don't see they are trying to help. Offer us an upgrade from a Suite to a two queen bed. Size reduced by half and telling us this is an upgrade. Must be kidding. Breakfast is bad compared to Haytt which is even cheaper price. The carpet on 8 floor outside the room is dirty with no AC.
There was a full buffet breakfast included with room rate that varied every morning. Exceptional way to start a morning of site seeing. Staff was friendly and always available to provide information.
