This was a good hotel for the money they charge. Can recommend to others and would stay there again.

The lobby of the hotel is very nice and the room was set up very well. But after a 10 days stay we saw the real deal. Hallway carpets have big stains and in desperate need of replacement or at least cleaning and the walls needed paint. Paint inside the room was done haphazardly with drips and brush marks on the wood trim all the way around the room. No WIFI, no explanation nor repaired in the 10 days only "sorry" from management Although in the hotel literature, "just ask for extra or special pillow" there was no extra pillows, only 3 regular single size pillows for a king size bed. turn down service in hotel guide but not performed, no exercise equip available, no breakfast in room, no ice service, all advertised but not delivered. No hot water from 7am - 9 am on most days. I guess the system is not sufficient for all rooms using it at the same time. Fire alarm rang out at 6 am, went down to the lobby and no one was there, no explanation when I asked because the manager did not know it had rang.... A light bulb went bad and after several calls to the management and two days wait, i went down to the lobby and took one from the lobby table lamp When we asked about the lack of replacement towels we were told the laundry has not been done that day..... You may ask why did we stay, well unfortunately we booked 10 days and there was no refund possible. Next time I will book only for a couple days to check out the hotel first

Beautiful classic hotel close to downtown Panama City. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Overall our experience was excellent given how much we paid. The room was huge and in very good condition. The only negative was a toilet that would occasionally make a lot of noise as it supposedly filled with water. At least that was the theory on what was happening, not sure why it would do that unless it had a leak or something.

It's been a while but when we were there it was great! Panama City is a fabulous city as well!

We booked Deville Hotel before arriving to Panama. The staff is friendly the room is stylish. Our favorite part is their complementary breakfast, which exceeded our expectations.

Just needed a place for a few hrs and it was good enough

Nice Hotel in the Bank district of Panama. Convenient location ofr business. Not great location for vacation and leisure. I would go on the Ocean or in an Hotel at Punta Paitilla/Punta Pacifica if yo hav eto stay within the city. Not great amenities around. Honest Hotel and gracious people.

Simple, but comfortable hotel in the central business/bank area. Free parking inside. Free WiFi. Sufficient/good breakfast. Please ask at booking if you desire a room with a decent vista. Most rooms have windows almost obstructed by close high-rise buildings. Nice young staff. If you are not for business, try to get an ocean view hotel.

Convenient location for business and the banking area. Free garage space. Breakfast adequate. Restaurant not so great; just for business or if you are tired. Not great smelling from kitchen, Rooms: spacious and confortable, baths more than adequate. If you wish a room with a decent window, please be sure to ask at booking. Otherwise, most rooms are directed to walls of very close high-rise buildings. Clean and decent hotel. Staff courteous and willing to help. Don't be afraid to ask for whatever. If you are not for bank business, but wish to enjoy the city and the sea, please move to a different area, especially in front of the ocean.

Everything was good but rooms and towels are getting a little old

Breakfast was delicious. Location was nice. Located in the business area. Rooms nice and clean. Overall had a great experience. Hotel provided a safe and allowed us to store our luggage when we came in early. Lots of Restaurants near the area.

This hotel is a great personalized option in the jungle of high rise hotels in the downtown area. Rooms are spacious, staff is top shelf and the included breakfast was excellent.

We booked this room last minute as we unexpectedly gained an additional night in Panama City. Pros: The room (333) was large and beautiful, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Cons: The air conditioning was not working. We didn't realize it until we returned from dinner and went to bed since a cold burst of air had come out when we first turned it on. Only stale air that was not anywhere close to cool was coming in. When we called down they were very nice but said there was nothing they could do until morning. By morning time it felt like a sauna. We mentioned it while checking out and the manager apologized and paid for our taxi to our destination, which was nice. Wouldn't stay again, though.

Great location. Great Staff. Okay breakfast - worse than average. Okay internet speed. Great restaurant

Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Problem with lack of hot water on 2nd night. Poor shower head but very nice shower and bath. Spacious room. Good restaurant.

Great hotel for the price - clean, central location, very friendly and helpful staff. The only draw back is there is no exercise facility or pool. The very complete breakfast, included with the price, was great with fresh fruits, bread, eggs, sausage, cereral, juice and coffee. Our room was also a bit dark so more lighting (track lighting) could be added. Otherwise, we liked the hotel very much.

Very. European, great service, excellent restaurant on premises, in the center of the banking and shopping area.

This hotel is an island of sanity and calmness in the middle of the hustle and bustle of a big city. The staff is extremely helpful, rooms are spacious and clean. Not your giant flashy American 5 star, but a small carefully managed and cared for property. I would stay here again if I was in the market for a hotel in the deluxe class. Highly recommended

This was one of the best hotels we ever stayed in. High marks all around. The staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful. The hotel and rooms are tastefully furnished, and the bar/restaurant is excellent. (We highly recommend the sangria as the best we ever had.) If you're going to Panama City we highly recommend Hotel DeVille.
