Close to ocean. Big rooms. Elevator wait time was long

The whole stay was terrible!! Controlled Thermostat by owner!! No golf carts on grounds not in policy!! Black mold in master bath!! No way to get in touch with owners!!!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property was overall in great condition and location. The condo needed some minor maintenance but still overall good. We enjoyed our stay as we always do.

Location was perfect, I don’t like the spring break deposit of $500. Especially when you 40 years old and just trying to enjoy a weekend getaway

I liked the condo, it was clean and had an excellent view. However, I did not like the fact that I had to drive to two other buildings down the road to find the Resort Collections office in order to check in. Since it was almost 9:00 pm and I had been driving for 8.5 hours, I found this to be extremely annoying!

We stayed at Laketown Wharf room 1737 on the 17th floor. The view was stunning, we had beach views from the front balcony and lake/city views from the back. The room was nice, however we were told that we would have bunk beds and we ended up with a futon bed instead. The furniture was not very comfortable and the couches smelled weird. Like, it had been wet for a long time. When we removed the cushions for the pull out bed, they were yucky and stained on the underneath and the pull out bed was slanted so you had to sleep with your head at the other end. The mattress was very very thin and not comfortable at all. We bought a mattress pad for the top. The lighting was odd and it was very dark in the room even with all the "lamps" on. The kitchen was very nice, dishes, etc. There were no "everyday" cups so we had to buy some. The small nook where the futon was is right outside of the hall bathroom, so if someone was sleeping it was hard to use that bathroom, also the A/C unit was right there and was very loud. Our little one woke up several times each night to the noise. However the A/C was fully functional and kept our room nice and cool the entire stay. The master bedroom was nice, however the bed was not comfortable, it was old and hard. The elevator situation is another story, it can take up to 25 minutes to even get the elevator, there were 2 in our area and they were very slow. There was someone moving a couple of days which left only 1 elevator for that side of the buildi

The beds were uncomfortable and my unit only had basic cable channels. Also, need to be careful in showers because the floors were extremely slipery when wet.

Sofa bed and bunk beds were very uncomfortable. Everything else was fine

Great Hotel!! I stay here once a year!! Very spacious!!

Very disappointed in our stay . Our room was ok but on the 19th floor which made it horrible to catch an elevator. We had to wait VERY LONG for one to come. The elevators would stop on every floor and had NO AC in it. Made it very difficult to get our groceries to our room. Also we had to Check into our room in a separate location from front desk. We were not offered a cart to carry our suitcases up. We will not go back.

The only didn't like is there supposed to have water fountain show on the lake nightly and the whole we were there it didn't work and no one told us it wasn't working either. Other than that it was nice.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Lakeyown Wharf! Our room and the property in general was awesome! My family and I had the pleasure of staying there June 27th -July 1st; right before the holiday traffic. The rooms were very clean and spatious! We truely felt like this was our home away from home! The only con is the elevators. The property has 22 floors with a north and south entrance. Each entrance has only 2 elevators which service 22 floors each. As we stayed on the 13th floor, there were several time we waited 3-5 minutes for an elevator, while sometimes only 1 minute. They definitely need more elevators, however, this will not deter us from staying there again as we will return again next year!

Bugs everywhere in the room. Even crawled into our food on the counters. Had to change plans of eating in and was forced to eat out. Bugs in every room, frig, eating utensils, laundry room, halls, bedrooms, disgusting! Hotel staff was unhelpful at check in. You had to drive 1/2 mile away to check in and out at another hotel. Hotel did not have 24/7 staff to help. Elevator broke while we were there, had to go to another elevator, then walk up flights of stairs to get to car. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Nice view was only plus.

Peaceful, relaxing, my family enjoyed ourselves.....A+++++++!

I had my grandchildren with me. They were subjected to a used condom in the elevator, x-rated music playing, butt plugs in the hotel room, pot on the balcony, and pot smoking from other rooms. I honestly didn't feel safe out after 5pm.

Received this room as an upgrade and was not disappointed.

Gorgeous place, perfect location. Would stay there again.
